Absolutely stunning. You should consider trying the brush method with the 5, 7, or 9 row Denman style brush to see if you like it. The brush really pulls those clumps together and creates even more volume 🙂

Interesting…. I hadn’t seen the rope method. I will incorporate into my routine and see if my curls turn out a bit more defined. The wet plopping was a new tip, too. I am always open to trying new things with my fine wavy hair.

My problem is the bottom of my hair remains curly but the top just goes straight even when I don't touch it. How to prevent that ?
Some hair types are just like that, one thing that can sometimes help is cutting your hair shorter or in layers. This causes it to weigh down the curl less.
That is just natural characteristic of wavy hair. You can’t change that.
What if I don't have a diffuser??
don’t need one
u dont need it u can use a hair dryer but use cold or warm not hot or leave it on at night in a braid or bonnet
Just air dry
then buy one
Use a sieve to put your hair in and your air dryer

Hey, we have the same kind of hair and I was wondering, how do you do your hair doesn't get super messy when you don't detangle all week ? I have to detangle my hair 2 times a day or it will get absolutely awful. Also how do you do if you have to exercise? Wouldn't that get the hair really messy or do you have a protective hairstyle you can recommend? I am looking forward to try your method because my hair is always frizzy and my waves are not defined at all :( I really hope it will work

Is Clarifying shampoo necessary? I use loreal hylauronic acid shampoo. I have 2b/c low porosity hair
If you rub an oil or a conditioner between your hands it does not “emulsify”. Please understand the meaning of that word.
Yes I know the scientific term emulsify means mixing of an oil with water but what else should I call it? Rubbing? Spreading? Warming between the hands?
We shouldn't comb hair after 2 to 3 day's of wash??
How do you deal with the flyaways that appear after 2-3 days? They make your hair look messy.
Mam here you have used both conditioner and leave in conditioner together.
And did you washed off leave on conditioner after a gap Or not??? One more thing gel to be applied at the end?
First I use conditioner and rinse it off and then I use leave in conditioner. I don’t rinse out leave in conditioner. After that I apply hair gel. I don’t rinse out the gel too.

How do you tie it? Say, if you have to do a ponytail, you'll have to brush your hair to get a uniform look at the crown, right? So how would you prevent the rest of your waves from being ruined?

Great video! I wonder if you or anyone can help: my hair is a mix of 2a, b, and c. Each hair would be considered fine within most hair typing systems because it is so thin you can hardly feel it an individual strand. It is light and "floaty". And I have **a lot** of it.
As mentioned my hair would be considered fine, but I've come to realize it actually could also be considered course which seems contradictory. It's very wiry and when I pinch of strand and run my fingers down it, I can feel texture.
As far as the correct products and techniques, should I be considering my hair fine, or coarse? Thanks!
Hey, you could have fine and coarse hair at the same time. It is possible that the porosity of your hair, which the ability of your hair to absorb and retain moisture, could be on the lower side, making it coarse and wiry. Low porosity hair is usually hair that has rarely been coloured or undergone chemical treatments and/or heat damage, but it also depends on a variety of other factors. You could, perhaps, look more into hair porosity and try finding out yours. Hope this helps :)

It's called "leave-in" because you leave it in until your next wash. It's a totally different product from regular conditioner, which is meant to be applied AND rinsed out in the same wash after shampooing.
Bascally I know nothing about haircare routine but as I have found that wavy hiar too needs care
I have some doubts as I am school going student so we need to make ponytail or braids so how to do that as you told to detangle only on wash days

The gel is to hold your curls in place so if you wash it out then your curls won't come out defined as they're no longer being held in place by anything.

When I do the CGM my hair looks so thin with no volume... That kinda pulls me back from sticking to CGM

Hey I have hair like urs and wanna cut it short maybe a bit shorter than shoulder length with curtain bangs but kinda scared if it will end up looking bad what do u suggest shall I or shouldn't I?
For waves you have to remember that the upper half doesn’t curl the same way that the lower half does. The wave pattern starts from near the jaw so cutting the hair short will give you a looser hair pattern. If you are okay with that, go for it!
