Both fighters can bang though joshua has more experience in pro boxing. I think the fight will play out more like a chess match as I think both fighters will be wary of each others power though ngannou can take a punch better then joshua can though ngannou has poor cardio. Ngannous key to victory is to get joshua out there as early as he can Joshua's key to victory is to outbox ngannou and get him into the later rounds

Francis has a calmness to him most fighters don't usually have during camp its like he is just a promoter or camera guy
Probably because he knows he's going into a fight where he won't get shin kicked, kicked in the side of the face, elbowed, strangled and put into submissive positions. Boxing will be a relaxing day out for him. Can't say the same for other MMA fighters that foolishly jump into boxing without knowledge of the sport but Francis has always wanted to be a boxer and trained to be one initially

I’m confused - weren’t there reports that the Fury-Usyk deal involved rematch clauses both ways (even though the IBF would strip the winner of the title for not fighting their mandatory next)? Why is everyone saying the winner of this gets the winner of Fury-Usyk next? And they’ll have to pay the IBF to sanction a fight for their belt not involving Hrgovic and probably pay Hrgovic a big step aside fee, to make a Fury-AJ undisputed fight happen next if they both win, and that’s assuming Usyk has no legal right to a rematch

I've been very critical of AJ until his last fight where he dismantled otto wallin brilliantly, ngannou is like a brick wall but if AJ fights the way he did against wallin I think he will dismantle ngannou, fury was very poor against ngannou and took him lightly, I don't see AJ making that mistake, nice to see AJ back at his best!

We all want to see great fights being made, but it's beginning to look like there's only one guy that matters in the sport right now. We still need great fights that can fill out Wembley stadium or the many other great arenas around the world, and fighters earning the title shots because of the rankings system rather than because some guy who has so much money and power says they get a shot, and when.
It's going to be like Jabba's palace at this rate with Eddie or Frank encased in carbonite or falling into the Rancor pit if they don't please his excellency.

The lack of atmosphere at these Saudi events makes even the most exciting fights feel very dull. I don’t get why they pay so much money to make these fights happen, hype them up to the max and then on the night there’s about as much energy in the arena as a wake.
