Singapore Airlines did the right thing - there is not a single thing they could have done better, regardless of how foreign media try so hard to find fault.
Ask any lawyer what a passenger should do, and the answer would be , "Consult a lawyer ".
Ask any psychologist and the answer would be , "Consult a psychologist ".
If a anyone is looking for a fault, they will find it .
What is amazing is the swiftness in SQ's response, and it IS praiseworthy.
It's easy for you, after all, the point of your podcasts are to say , "Ya, but", the easiest thing to do.
I am glad the Singapore brand is strong - a very big reason is because of Singapore Airlines.
