Best GPS Mount for ATVs | Easily Interchangeable | Ram Mounts

This is such an easy way to securely mount your tablet to run the various GPS apps like Maplets, GAIA GPS, and many more. It is quickly interchangeable between ATVs and couldn't be easier to use. I have no affiliation with Ram-Mounts nor Amazon, but this system is absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended.

I haven't yet. I think the trick is to get a tablet that you can get a waterproof case for. In the meantime I've been using a gallon sized ziplock bags, which actually worked way better than I thought it would

What about getting the gps signal and the mapping app? Don't you have to subscribe to some service?

No subscription needed. You download the maps you need then you have them available to you offline. The GPS receiver in the tablet works with those maps from the app. That said, there are some apps you can download that have offline maps like ON X off-road

Without a cellular connection, and only GPS, can you save waypoints?

Yes, all the maps and waypoints are saved prior to starting your trip. Then you have everything at hand before you head out and before you lose connection

Yeah, but you'll need the phone holder from Ram Mounts that fits your phone. Check out their site, it should guide you.
