Why didnt you pack the bearing with grease before you mounted it?
Also people do not keep hammering the old inner race off the shaft like he did,did you see how at the end it came of at an angle?
Can cause dammage to the shaft!

The entire joint was installed wrong way. Gasket side should be facing towards gearbox flange.
