Wouldn’t say peaked musically but this particular tour, the Dallas Fair Park Coliseum show August 8 1998 is and will always be the greatest show I’ve ever been gifted by the universe. Never saw anything like it before or since. Never felt that type of energy, TOOL IN THEIR FUCKING PRIME ENERGY. But musically they are insanely more talented and crafty nowadays
