Best Way to Make French Fries

I lived off of potatoes while in culinary school...still love them to this day. At my restaurant, The Grey Plume, the duck fat fries have been a long time favorite on the menu. Here's a great rendition of those fries. Fantastic all on their own or paired up with your favorite burger. Enjoy!

Yeah. Does this look good. Potatoes especially French fries are my all time favorite food. Which makes me love burgers because of them. So, you’re loaded French fries, Steak Burger with your Garlic Aioli, and Bacon Jam! I think I’m in with my mouth just watering! Thank you for this. This will help me up my french fry game. It was one of the first foods I learned to cook when I was growing up at around 10 y/o or so. Right after learning to make grilled cheese sandwiches. Potatoes, rice, and onions were always around in my home when growing up.

Oh yeah….The Bourbon Bacon Jam may just do the trick too.
