Sorry for the LATE response. The Mold was lined with plastic sheeting.. similar to plastic garbage bags... It will be covered later, so it really did not matter that it had some plastic crinkle lines in the foam. . .
a thin sheet of plastic. ..much like a grocery bag, flexible but thin. ...it does not matter if it does not lay totally flat, because the other parts of the shell will cover any wrinkles. .
Gustavo Martinez , got it. . I used 2 cans of foam. . I wanted to make sure that it was thick and not many air pockets. I hope that helps. . Share your work later on.
Turtle Shell 2.0 Coming soon. . . Instead of cardboard tiles, I used 1/2" thick foam tiles, IT looks Much better.

@@TrainDetailsbyGuss yes, when you spray the foam i understand they come in spray cans, for one turtle shell did you use one, half of one or multiple?
