रतन, अगली बार आप कुल्लू की धाम try कीजिये❤😋 BTW धाम means धर्म का खाना। यह पूर्ण रूप से सात्विक होता है। पुजारियों द्वारा बनाया जाता है जिन्हे बोटी कहा जाता है। शुद्ध लकड़ी पर बनता है। और जो बनाते हैं वो उपवास पर रहते हैं💕

कांगड़ी धाम का इतिहास लगभग 1,300 वर्ष पुराना है जब हिमाचल प्रदेश के तत्कालीन शासक जयस्तंभ कश्मीरी रसोइयों के इतने शौकीन थे कि उन्होंने अपने रसोइयों को मांस का उपयोग किए बिना संतुलित भोजन तैयार करने का आदेश दिया था। इससे हिमाचली व्यंजनों में एक नए मेनू का विकास हुआ, जिसे अंततः धाम के नाम से जाना गया।
प्रारंभ में, धाम को विशेष रूप से मंदिर के प्रसाद के रूप में परोसा जाता था। इसलिए, विशेष ब्राह्मण समुदायों को इसे तैयार करने की अनुमति दी गई। पूरा भोजन पूरी तरह से शाकाहारी है, यानी इसकी तैयारी में प्याज, लहसुन या अदरक का उपयोग नहीं किया जाता है। समय के साथ, धाम शादियों और पारिवारिक समारोहों में एकता और परंपरा का जश्न मनाने वाला प्रमुख केंद्र बन गया। ❤❤❤❤
