- Hey y'all and welcome back to our dumpster diving channel! We went to the mall for the first time in a while and ended up finding some great items they had tossed! I love the cookie jar and that fancy hand painted vase.
From there we went to some other retail shops and found a ton of sparkling energy drinks! I've had a couple and they're actually pretty good. As always, thank you so much for watching and I hope you have a wonderful day! Happy diving xoxo

Those red plates are charger plates. They go behind regular plate on special occasions like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
And they look like the ones i got at dollar tree at christmas time last year
Under your regular plate for decorating.
Yep got fancy table setting!!
Under regular dinner plates
Hilarious that they're not food-safe! But I guess they don't need to be. I just never thought of that.
Hey y'all... the plate you found is called SOUSPLAT. Sousplat is a type of plate, only larger than the serving plate. It is used under the main dish, above the tablecloth, and is, on average, about 35 cm in diameter. The word sous plat comes from the French (pronounced suplá) and means “under the plate” (sous = sub and plat = plate).
Aka charger
We are glad you started driving with your wife, we all were worried for her safety but know we can enjoy the dive knowing she is safe 😊
Your husband has quite a humorous personality and since he's joined you doing all the dives i see laughing more and more! It's so good to hear you guys laugh so much!
That pitcher would be lovely with your dried roses in it
And the pitcher could be used for anything..orange juice..milk..etc,
That pitcher originally had a matching basin (a big bowl) they were displayed on old washstands in bedrooms. That one is from the 1970s when colonial decor was popular.
@@msmuffet1 They found the matching basin but it was broken.
That's what I was thinking, too.
I would of glue the bowl back together if all the pieces were in there
The big cookie jar, even with out a lid can be useful. I use one for spatulas and serving spoons on the counter beside my stove.
Pitcher too, rulers, paintbrushes, kitchen, etc!
I have a swans cookie jar with no lid I use it for my grandsons markers , there's so many uses for things that are missing their lids
That big pitcher would look good with real flowers in it .
Real Texas, see um in old cowboy movies 😊
Those red plastic dishes are actually plate chargers that you set your dinner plate on. Those and the little plastic leaves are from a Dollar Tree. Many crafters use those chargers in various crafts they would sell at your annual yard sale. ♥️
I love how considerate and kind you two are- long time fan, always glad to see your beautiful faces
Fragonard was a French painter and print maker. Now it is a scent manufacturer.
Charger plates are decorative. They go under the plates you eat off of. Red are usually Christmas ones. They come in many colors. Some people use them for craft projects. If painted they can look lovely on a plate stand or rack.
Chargers are a decorative plate for holding a serving plate at a formal place setting. The charger stays as the old plate is removed and the next course is served, usually on clear plates.
Interesting finds. I love to watch you guys. On the sport finds are Interesting to watch cos you never know what you can come across. Bones is so charming❤
Awwww Bones SO friendly to the channel 🐈⬛🥰
You can use the canister with the broken lid for a utensil holder
Good job! Lots of energy drinks..love the pictures& platters& chargers. You can use some of things.😊 Hello bones!! Look that up on line..
Take care my friends.
Those plate things you said are chargers are decorations for dinner settings for fancy dinners
Ÿall get awesome stuff, yall rock❤😊
Chargers are placed directly underneath dinnerware to help retain the heat of meals.
Yes. You actually put your dinner plate on top of the "charger" plate. It's just a "dress up" base for your dinnerware.
Do you ever find stuff that makes you nervous or might have to call the police ?
If you keep the watercolor, put it where it will be protected from sunlight. I found out the hard way that prints like that will fade.
Those Canada Geese are a mated pair. They mate for life. They are doing their Marin g dance. It’s mating season. They will return to their flock after mating, raising their chicks and getting ready to take off for the season. We get huge flocks of Tundra Swans up here during the winter that fly down from Russia to my island for the winter. Whidbey Island Washington. We also get honkers (Canada Geese)
Mating dance not mating😩
Looks like great weather. Here in Indiana we had several storms. Went from 70 degrees to 20 in less than 12 hours. I can almost feel the sunshine on this dive. You guys have sunny personalities too. 😎
Yeah, yesterday I thought I might have to turn the A/C on and woke up cold this morning.
We hit over 60° yesterday and woke up to 2 inches of snow this morning in WI
@@jessicabeaber3528I was in the Sheboygan area yesterday and it got up to 70 there at one point! We dropped down to 18 degrees here that night!
I love how funny you guys are. Your Personalities compliment each other and you are both so kind and respectful toward each other. I hope you keep up doing what your doing because you don't appear to be putting on a show for your fans. You come across as being genuinely in ❤ with each other! It's a nice quality we don't see very often in our divorce hungry World!
Hey guys how compassionate you are knowing that chap was asleep that shows how thoughtful you both are great diving again thank you for sharing ❤
After watching your video, my daughter and her boyfriend have started dumpster diving. They have found loads of candy and snacks. At one stop they found three Stanley mugs, just missing parts of the tops and a very expensive backpack, with only missing a tassel on the zipper. Nothing else wrong with it. It's amazing what the stores throw in the trash. They are having so much fun doing this.
Thank you Alex and Kelly for another great video.
Loved the SILENT dive!
Those two geese were rare Mall Shopping 🛒 Geese…. Ha ha
Love you two and Bones 🦴
That painting reminds of the cartoon "fox & the hound" & the lady driving a car like that 😅😂
That vintage jug would be nice on your window sill with flowers in them, but in saying that bones might tumble it over.
Sweetly those large Platters are charger plates. They go behind your regular plates for decor and protection. Love ur videos!❤
Oh goody! I needed a lift! You guys are so cheerful, humorous & positive, and inspiring!!
Arent they a kick!❤
Arent they a kick!❤
You made me laugh ! " They are hugging on this side and they are thinking about hugging on that side !"😁😁 That is a pastoral scene famous in the Baroque or Rococo era btw.
hi kelly and alex, your video is my stress reliever, i watch it repeatedly. Keep safe and God bless both of you.
The red plates are Charger plates, designed to sit you dinner plates on. Both aesthetic and saves your dinner table from marks. I have a gold set to go with my white and gold china.
Ripped in half cards can be used for scrapbooking and other crafts.
I haven't seen one of those Santa's made with that kind of material in years
I love your videos! Keep them coming! I keep waiting every day for a new one. Love you guys!
Hello you two. . I an a 73 year old woman and love watching your . I do crafts and make things from trash and when I see you leave behind corrugated cardboard and other scrap, but then zi remember it is not me going through the bins, So keep up the great work and God bless you both.

Those red plates are for decorative purposes and called Charger plates. Many people use them for weddings to put under dinner plates to look nicer. I'm using gold and purple charger plates at our wedding for our Centrepieces. Some people use them at Christmas time too for decorating especially the red ones!
There are lots of good crafts to be made with envelopes. 😊
Oooo I love those leaf plates, I would buy one for my birthday on the 5th!!😍 What a great dive!

The plates are Decor plates and the water vase are Antique my mom has one and it worth $1000.00 doller but it is worth more money now
The water jug is English and its decoration is transfer printed but a nice item so stay safe both of you 😅😅😅😅😅
Those are charger plates, they go under a dinner plate, like fancy place settings for holidays and special occasions. Thats why you don't eat off them, they aren't finished for serving edible food on. I love them for candle settings at holidays etc. Many uses (except food) use your imagination.
The 'Hoity Toity' society calls them charger plates. Used to put underneath the dinner plates at "Fancy" places & homes
Love the retro vintage pitcher, and you guys were very considerate to not wake that person up:). 😁😇
Hello there. The reproduction ceramic jug........historically used for hot water in mainly Victorian homes isn’t hand painted, but looks like transfer ware. Even many years of watching your videos,I never tire of them.xx
Another great haul/video!! Thank you!! 😊
Those players are for Christmas or spec occasions to either put plates on or centre pieces for the table to put candles or salt pepper etc.

Your "platters" are chargers. In a fancy table setting, you put them on the table first and stack your dishes, dinner plate, salad plate, bowl etc. on top, They are just for decoration.
Great finds, love the manga magazines.

Another great video and haul, love getting to see the items all laid out on the table, never realized that was my favorite part besides greeting the adorable pet, Pilgrim and now Bones! Much love to you guys ❤

They are called chargers. Like a placemat for your dinner plate for a fancy dinner.
Love the vintage 1984 sports poster.

Nursing homes would probably like the card/envelopes
I love all the artwork you found and the gnome! Awww, hi Bones! I swear I've seen that pitcher, with the hand painting on it, before. Great dive you two!!!!☺
Hi guys!
Those red plates are chargers you put under a regular plate. Usually on thxgiving or Xmas. Nice finds !
Kelley you could also use the big cookie jar for a planter
The clear pitcher is from the 40"s. Love it!
The old picture you found the number 1951 is the color number of the green mat used to frame the picture and is not a date
The red charger plates are decorative you can put them under your main plates during holidays or put a candle on them or plant's or other decorations they are just for looks not for food
Awesome dumpster diving thanks for sharing 💜💙😊 26:38
That picture was super cute! I can't tell if the big jug was qainty cute or hoffific 😂
Chargers are under plates for your dinner plates. Very POSH!!
Your finds are always fascinating and I love that window seat in your house. So lovely. Your life looks like so much fun 🤩
Hi... you put your plates on under the red and gold platter... it’s like serving plates in the table when you eat... we have like that also... 😊
Great haul that vase was niceeee
They are charger plates. You use them under your regular dinner plate as decor. They also help your food stay warmer. You can use them fir your potted plants.
Not bad…that beautiful pitcher is definitely an antique so check it out online
Makes two times watching so thumbs up would work , once on dish and ones on tablet .
You'll are the bubbles divers we watch 😅
Hi. Those chargers are meant to go under a dinner plate. They are a decoration, or if a plate is hot or ,to protect a table cloth.
I am having breakfast in New Zealand while watching brefkast
A charger is similar to a place mat, you sit your plate on top of it :)
That red plate is a charger. You put it under your plates as an added decoration.
That was in style back in the 90’s when they painted on homemade paper that was hardened
Love the geese
Chargers go under regular plates they're used to protect the table from spills
Jean-Honore' Fragonard was a 18th-19th century French Rococo painter.
Great!!!
The geese were having a little chat with u and wishing u LUCK😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
Those are Christmas plates that your regular plate goes on top of it. It's more for decor
The chargers are used to add color to your dinner table and also to protect a linen or fine lace tablecloth. They are put at each place setting and your dinner plate is placed on top of it or the waiter places each dish on it and removes it after each course is served.
the charger plates are to go under plates as like a decorative thing
You can put a big candle on the plate.
Charger plates ...when setting dinner table..you set your dinner plate on top of charger plate
I hope u kept the larger cookie jar without the lid for all ur wooden kitchen spoons or ladles. Its great to store kitchen utensils on the counter. Looks homie.
