  • Sue Neill-Fraser is the prime suspect in a high-profile case that has captured the attention of the Australian public. The case revolves around the mysterious disappearance of Neill-Fraser's partner, Bob Chappell, who was last seen on their yacht on Australia Day in 2009. Despite the absence of a body, Neill-Fraser was convicted of murder in 2010, largely based on circumstantial evidence and alleged inconsistencies in her account of events. The conviction has been controversial, leading to widespread debate and calls for a case review. Supporters of Neill-Fraser argue that there has been a miscarriage of justice, pointing out the lack of direct evidence linking her to the crime and highlighting alternative theories regarding Chappell's disappearance. The case remains a contentious and divisive issue in Australia, with ongoing legal appeals and public campaigns seeking to overturn Neill-Fraser's conviction.

    Nonsense!
Look at the crime scene Photo 7 (of the deck area around the front mast). Then ask why McLaren ignored the fact that the rope that was dangling down the skylite hatch was coming from a winch on the main mast that had a winch handle in it. That winch handle wasn't in the winch the day before when Neill-Fraser left the yacht in the afternoon.
