Since it is a German name, it would be pronounced "Ep-schtine" with the pronunciation of 'tine' as in the points of a fork or a comb, but he probably used the typical American pronunciation Ep-Steen. Eppstein is a small town in Germany; somewhere over time his family probably dropped the double 'p' for a single 'p' if they came from there; 'Stein' (stone) is pronounced 'Schtine' in German.
The only reason why he is not in jail is because his mommy AKA the late Queen paid for him to remain free. I think it's a disgrace how the royals have protected him and kept him around. Any respect I could have for that "family" is gone.

That slightly longer clip really paints a questionable picture.
