Watching: I’m building an AOS 7. Can’t wait to finish. A month or 2 due to time and parts availability.
yeah def a super light LR, very confident flying at least a 4mi trip, now just tryiing to get out on some crappy high wind days so i cant really test is abilities and flight time and gather data on that front...
Thanks for the explanation. Can I ask, why did you go with the 2808 motors over the 2806.5 they usually fly?
i dont remember but most likely it was either what they had in stock and available for the price point i was going for but i was also taking chris rossers recommendations based his frame and suggested components

Awesome! I have a very similar build and also do really like IT 👍would you mind sharing your PIDs and Filter settings somehow?
im just using the preset Chris Rosser made for it thats in BF...havent touched anything although sooner or later i will want to learn more on how to tweak pids.... rates i understand but for this cinematic LR i dont really need anything snappy... it does have a little bobble doing front/back flips which needs to be addressed although you dont see it when stabilization is on =/
Thanks for the TPU parts, I'll put them to good use once I build mine! Frame parts have arrived, now waiting on the SMA antennas. Do you run the O3 air unit via 2 separate antennas? Because I am not quite sure about this since it only comes with a single antenna that has 2 UFL connectors out of the box.
Yes, in the build log video I purchase 2 (100mm?) Sma-ufl connectors...it's in the part list below... watch that part and you'll understand, I think it's in the first part of the video when I go over parts on the desk
