- I've created the FIRST EVER Toro Timemaster mower in black. I was going to plasti dip the wheels again as I had done in the past, but I decided to paint the whole lawn mower and give it a custom and unique look. This is the first of its kind but maybe Toro will decide they like this look just like I do! @dipyourcar does cars...I do mowers :)
I also talk about how my lawn is looking after winter and moving into spring 2020 as well a few tips and tricks on how to clean your mower.

Ryan, that came out great! Plasti-Dip definitely has its place in the world. I’ve used it a couple times and definitely agree that an extra coat is way more beneficial than harmful when it comes to longevity and removal.

Also the mower modding is awesome :) it’s bound to come to the lawn enthusiast group. Chainsaw fanatics do it all the time and you’d be surprised how big of a subculture that is in that community. I think you and Conner are hitting on something a lot of lawn enthusiast are looking for, Winter restoration, customization, and rat rodding projects to stay busy and show off their tools of the trade.

Toro's actual advertising guy probably shakes his fist at this. Lol awesome work Ryan. Got me excited for Spring. I usually clean up and have even fully restored my mower over winter but have been lazy this year!

Need under deck neons, 1" lift kit, 2x4" led pods for the deck and 12" lightbar off the folding part of the handle. Foam noodle tubing to take the vibrations out for the hands.

Nice video. Video sounded so awesome with headphones on. The part with different shots of the time master was really cool. You must of spent some good time on it because it was perfect with the audio and pic changes.

Did you scuff up, sand paint before spray painting ?
strip wash and sealant does protect the paint , makes maintenance wash effortless
plastic gets 303 Aerospace Protectant or Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel
No sanding needed or actually wanted as this coats without any of that. It's pretty cool 👍

Amazing as always! I always imagine you in some huge high-tech, state-of-the-art pro editing studio working on videos. It's totally like that, right? ;-) Also, keep sending the warmer wx north! Still have 3 foot snow drifts across my property today, and its been in the 40's like 5 dys straight!
If a 10x12 bedroom is that state of the art studio, then yes. :)
I know it’s a year later, however for a new sticker board. What you could do is drill four holes in an open space on the pre-existing board. Add some spacers, and then get a much larger plexi board backing and then mount it off of the pre-drilled holes from the top layer. Kind of like a shadow box of stickers… hope that makes sense.

Hey, Ryan. Just bought a Timemaster and I plan to attempt to do this mod as well. Going to start slow and try the wheels first before attempting to do the whole machine. Any extra tips or advice when trying to cover the entire machine? Yours turned out awesome!
I miss those old detailing videos. Never cared for Optimum Power Clean. I usually use Super Clean 4:1 for degreasing my tires and Meguiar's D101 for cut down 10:1 for interiors. As for my lawn mower, I can't just hose it down since it's electric so I use Optimum No Rinse and some cheap microfibers after every mow to wipe it down. Followed up with Meguiar's X-Press Spray Wax to keep grass from sticking to it and make cleaning easy. Oh, and 303 Areospace Protectant for the plastics. Not sure I'm ready to use the more expensive ceramic stuff (CarPro) that I use on my cars for my lawn mower! I think I'm more of a Car Care Nut than a Lawn Care Nut!

No plasti-dip can be removed wherever there is a crease so I peeled it from the front plastic piece. I showed it in the video towards the end
Awesome job on the TimeMaster customized with Black, looks epic! Hey, do you recommend the Timemaster stripping kit or should I look for something better? You've used it in past vids and it looks good, not sure if I've ever seen a full review on it? Sorry, if there's a vid out there I missed..
I like it because it can easily be removed...I don't always like using a kit on every mow and it works well when I do want to use it.

Cool video as usual! If I can ask a grass question... Is now a good time to use Tenacity? Do you spot treat or treat the entire lawn? Our daytime temps have been averaging around 50.
Depends what you are looking to use it for but I would probably wait until weeds and lawn are actively growing a little more
