- I have started to thoroughly enjoy working on the lawn in the evening and right before dark. In today's video I wanted to highlight mowing and spraying of some liquid fertilizer and humic from my simple lawn solutions lawn essentials box right as the sun was setting. The winds calm down and it's a fantastic time to put out liquid products and enjoy the weather as well.

Thanks for the video you did a few weeks back regarding the lack of potassium in milorginite. Using simple lawn solutions 15-0-15 now as a secondary and my lawn is back in peak condition
I recently got into lawn care largely because of Ryan and his channel, I’m already starting to see results after only a couple of months here in Plymouth UK.
What a difference doing more than just mowing can make to a lawn, it makes the garden look mint.

I feel your “pain”. We have a lawn full of Nimblewill that we are trying to get rid of the past two seasons. The tenacity has done a good job but I hesitate to use my good seed from SeedSuperStore. It’s a lot of money to spend and not see good results.

I knew I had heard your recommendation in a previous video so I just kept on watching...finally got the info for SL solutions fertilizer spray that you said can stay on the leaves overnight until your early morning water schedule. The lawn is always fun to see, but the videography was the real winner in this one.
We've had very little rain, hot days and my irrigation system has issues and has been turned off until the fall. So far, so good ... a few hot spots that I've done some deep watering with the hose but otherwise looks good. Made a mental note of those hot spots and in the fall I'll see what's going on. This is a real test of all the work I've put in on conditioning my soil and encouraging root growth.
gotta say man your videos are the best, I always learn so much but also you make lanscaping look like an art and i apreciate that because ive had a passion for mowing grass since i was a liitle kid. thanks for the awesome videos i watch for hours sometimes
Great video and tips. I use the same process in the summer to stay away from the blazing heat and humidity here in southern Illinois.

Just sprayed Simple Lawn Solutions Humic Acid on my lawn last night via my backpack sprayer. I’ve loved having so much time to spend on my lawn the last several months. My St. Aug is looking great right now.

Ryan, it's like you somehow know exactly what content to post when I'm in need. I've been holding off on applying my first ever application of liquid humic acid and liquid kelp because I'm not sure if I need to water it in. But this video answered my question.

Your yard is looking top notch Ryan. I wish we could reach the 90s. We've had nothing but rain for almost 2 weeks. Actually had to turn our heat on a few days ago. Looks like it's starting to warm up this week though so maybe I can get out in the yard. All my mows lately have been a hurry up before the rain comes type.

This is the first year that I decided to make it a point and cut 3 times a week. All I can say is it’s a lot harder to see the line for the next pass. I was a 1 time a week mow before this, it has made a huge difference.

Nice video Ryan. I'm depressed. New house with sodded KBG lawn on clay soil. Looked pretty good for while. Then two days ago, everything started turning brown from the heat and lack of rain. Supposed to get rain Friday so I probably won't water tomorrow (Thursday) and just hope we get enough to help cool it down. I'm thinking of overseeding with TTTF this fall since it's supposed to be more drought tolerant. Things sure can change quick in this world of lawns.
I would probably start working more on the soil if possible. It's very common to have newer sod suffer because it doesn't have a great root system yet
