If you're marrying a Samoan woman who is part of a professional wrestling family, then be physically tough to handle any corporal punishment.
What?
@@entitiessoul He's basically saying get ready to be physically abused with no one to help.
What about Tongan women? Pro wrestler Haku was terrified of his wife. Everybody else was terrified of Haku.
I worked at a hotel in Hawaii and the first time I saw a Tongan woman, which was a guest there, I was terrified too!
@Waleed Alam
So you mean get beaten or something?
"I love my family... but not that much" should be on travel brochures for Samoa đ
HOLY SHIT! Im Samoa...?
From my time in Hawai'i and PI I can say without a doubt that true Samoans are some of the friendliest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. BUT...don't EVER cheat on your Samoan girlfriend. IT just aint worth it.
Or, you know. Just donât fucking cheat period because itâs a terrible thing to do.
I knew Samoans in the Army, and they were all super chill and fun to hang out with. I only knew one Samoan girl, and I watched her destroy a guy with one punch when he said something highly inappropriate to her.
Imma get me a Samoan girl đ đ

I love Samoan folks. The sweetest and funniest people but also the most badass.
Or don't get engaged to a Samoan girl who is as big as a house.
Eating last, what a great way to show respect for the villagers. I love Samoa for that custom. Great set!
Most pacific islanders adhere to that custom. Example: my homeland of Micronesia in polowat. Itâs during a feast, women children and elderly eat first. Men sits back and relax and pick last.
Meanwhile in my country, politicians won't even talk to you when you have grievances.
Classic way of making sure everyone gets food.
Itâs the tradition in every house. The kids eat first then the adults
I can't help but be reminded of the wrestler called The Barbarian. For context, this is a dude that got into a fight with the cops, got pepper sprayed, wiped it off his face and ate the pepper spray, and they were about to shoot him before the other wrestlers calmed him down. Now, he was doing a road tour, and his wife had told him not to go out drinking, because when he went out drinking he got into trouble. Of course, while the cat is away the mouse will play. So, when he got home from the tour, his wife sat him down at the kitchen table and asked him if was drinking. He swore up and down that he hadn't been. She said ok and that she believed him, then offered to make him breakfast. She went behind him, grabbed a cast iron skillet and clobbered him senseless with it. The cops, pepper spray, gun, no problem. His angry Samoan wife, scarier than all of them combined.
Actually, the wrestler you're talking about is Haku/Meng. The Barbarian is a longtime friend of his. Also, they're not Samoans, but Tongans. Anyway, in that particular incident, the Barbarian was called in by other wrestlers to help calm down his "cousin" once the fight broke out in the bar. So, Barbarian decided to call Haku's wife.
While in the Navy, visited Hawaii many times. One one occasion a Samoan girl walked up and put Lei on both myself and another fella, then said, "that's $3.00". Dude looked aggitated and started to make a durogatory comment, I put my hand up to stop him and gave her a $10, said "thanks" and walked on. Me being cheap, he asked why I was so quick to giver her the cash. I replied, "you don't know sht about Samoan folks do ya? that little girl can probably beat both out asses, and she has brothers"
This should come with a warning label, "Do not watch if you just had surgery, you might rip all your stitches open." Omg, I laughed so hard my side hurts. Malo Tofiga! Alofa atu.
Big Love from Texas, using your background to set up the joke but being relatable enough to the world is a fine balance. Thanks Brother đđ»
Talofa to all my beautiful and loving Samoan friends and to my USO. Grew up in San Diego county with many Samoan kids. All our dads were in the Marines. Our next door neighbor was a chief and had many memorable celebrations there at his place and of course, we were always most welcome! I worked with a woman from Western Samoa and was blown away by her accent. Sounded very much like Tofiga's accent. Many of my fondest memories are from my youth growing up with my Samoan buddies playing sports, especially football, and singing in the choir! Tofa!
I'll bet YT has a Samoan choir, they have lots of haka and men's hula
Well that was an instant vacation. Plus some Samoan war chants vs haka from rugby matches that was fun to watch

His family came over to celebrate minister parenta huge family like 12+ had there own family choir. That family amazing people made me want to marry into it.
I remember seeing those old Samoan grandmothers at the flea markets back in the 1970âs-80âs. The wore long floral straight cut dresses and jandals.
They were huge. Tall with massive shoulders.
You could tell they were very strong.
We had two Samoan twin girls in our high school and one guy was dumb enough to make a joke about them, they dragged him into the boys bathroom and beat the snot out of him. Everyone stayed cleared of them after that.
You had me at "Do your research!" xD
Our church had a Samoan family back in New Mexico (this is our first time meeting Samoans. Their kids were very respectful during church and very polite and so sweet. The mom helped the church with cleaning the dishes after the potluck and told her kids to help us with fixing the church. And their kids call me their aunt and my husband their uncle HAHA but their older daughter struggled with depression so we took her on a trip with us to New York. Let me tell you! My husband was working on a car early in the morning, and this girl woke up came out, and asked if he needed help!! For those of you who dont understand the eating rule, he eats last cause he is a Tauleʻaleʻa an untitled man, in Samoan culture the elders and sisters eat first while the untitled men and brothers eat last, Tofiga would eat last because he is a Faiumu, Tauleʻaleʻa, untitled man, so while his wife and her father and mother are eating he will have to wait for them to fininsh and bring the Vaitatafi (Basin to wash hands) and Solo (Hankerchief) to wipe their hands on, then the men can eat the left overs
Yep! I'm a palagi from an ancient island family from both sides of the Pond: Cherokee Nation, and Scots Gaelic/Viking. Been married to a high chief's gran-daughter for the last 27 years, and most of the things Tofiga said about Samoan women are true. And you know the scary thing? She's Fepula'i, bruh. I know of course that Hawaiins are distinct from Samoans, but assuming that they may share some linguistic origins the word for priest/ chief in Hawaiin is the same word, Kahuna, in Hebrew. The root letters K,H,N make up the surnames (Cohen, Kahane, Kahn, etc.) of Jews who are descended from the priestly lines of Israel.

as a scandinavian man i approve and now respect samoans.
as a friendly jab tho. who you think is the stronger people?
I think in term of strength alone ,Samoan are stronger but they tends to gain fat easier and have problems with diabetes or stuffs like that so it could hinder some athletic aspects .
@@Flyhighman77 tbh i think it's opposite. You see alot of them island boys doing really fkn good in rugby and american football. However Scandinavians absolutely dominate strongman.
We also have problems with diabetes especially type two because of our neanderthal genetics that are really good for surviving winters and such but really bad in the modern world without working out and doing intermittent fasting.
Historically our diets are also very similar. Here we kept hunting and gathering right up untill the ending of the viking age and a bit further.
So our diets were basically protein fat and dairy.
And alike eachother we are both island people alot of the time atleast. Here kn denmark most of us are islanders copenhagen being on one of the islands. I think we got like 150 inhabited islands including faroese and and Iceland as well as Greenland if you wanna be technical like that.
Idk about Samoans but we are a cro magnoid people unlike the rest of Europe that is predominantly caucasian/Neolithic farmers wich is why our skulls and skeletons differ as well as our high concentration of blue eyes and blonde hair. Cro magnoids are closely related to native americans. Australian aboriginals. Melanesians and the ainu people of japan.
A ancient eurasians is usually the word for the whole group of first eurasians. Some became cro magnon man AKA the first Europeans who were dark skinned and blue eyed with blonde and red hair.
What about Samoans? Wich genetic group did they develop from? I dont actually know.
Sorry im such a fkn anthropology nerd

He is really good
Is that a Samoan accent, 'cause he sounds British to my ears.
it's kinda like a transpacific accent. i'm from Hawaii and back in the day we pronounced many things with a slightly more british accent (elongated vowel sounds) than the mainland american accent (shortened vowels), which is closer to how the younger people sound nowadays. our church minister was Samoan and had a similar accent to this guy. lots of Pacific Islanders also have accents similar to Australia and New Zealand, or they retained the British pronunciations from the missionaries who first taught english on their islands, so their pronunciation is a mix of english and their native languages.
