This game has been stealing other games’ gameplay, like a Legend of Zelda fan animation, Genshin Impact, with some female characters dancing in a 3D animation, and content creators reacting to an UNRELEASED game. How have they not been sued yet? To angers me to find this is basically a hentai game, and they use other game’s characters/gameplay to market their own.

First of all I really like the video, thank you for the critique you definitely make some great points.
The truth of the matter is that I got offered quite a lot of money compared to my regular paycheck. Now normally that wouldn't convince me however I had a huge medical bill that I wouldn't have been able to pay. So out of necessity I took the sponsorship.
Does that make it okay? I'll leave that up to you but maybe that clears some stuff up.
To add to this I did tone down the script significantly with my audience in mind.

At the end of the day, The fault lies on the company. I can now understand the reasoning on your side, whereas the company clearly completely disregarded the content you make on your channel if it meant getting a youtuber to promote their game.

So not sure why a year old video about ads popped up in my recommended but....has anyone told this guy that the devs for just about every F2P mobile game actually outsources for ads, they don't make them themselves. Even if you complained directly to the owner of the dev team or publishers they can't actually do anything about the ads as they are made by third party "agencies" that are technically listed as international hence why no-one ever deals with them despite them all being in violation of several laws and TOS breaches such as false advertising, slander, data trafficking, plagiarism, ETC. If you have ever seen one of those BS copy pasta "We're sorry" ads or gotten free goodies and codes for a game that is the reason, that is all they can actually do when the ads get them in hot water.
I mention in almost every one of my videos about the ads being outsourced. Mobile game companies are ultimately responsible for outsourcing in the first place, hence why I put an importance on the company itself. Thank you for your feedback though!
