Last year a guy asked me out (this is in middle school. I still am) and I said yes. I knew he had a "crush" on me and was a trying way to hard to flirt. We dated for 3 days because we barely knew each other and he obviously wanted "status" and that's all. All he still sees is a nerdy girl who likes video games. I find it so funny now. I have a real crush this year. I genuinely like a guy and he is older than me and will be in high school next year. I know him fairly well. We seem to have a lot in common and we are really awkward when talking one on one but when we talk in a group it is so much fun. We are both pretty dang shy though. I disagree with you on the fact I should wait. I live in town and it is a small town. He lives in town I believe too. We could literally ride bike or walk. You don't always need a car for a date.
Well, this is just from my experiences. And I do think having a car would be nice when going on a date. Most of the time, people date in middle school just for the heck of it. If u truly think it will work out for u and that guy, then go ahead.

XD They always give me money when going to hang out with a friend though but it's usually like 5 bucks. My "ex boyfriend" when we went on "a date" he had 5 bucks while I had 10. We went to get ice cream and I am lactose intolerant but I eat it anyways. We would just walk out of town and next to the road. I don't understand why we didn't go to the park though. XD By the way it was really awkward.

I'm in high school and some middle schoolers tried bragging to me about their relationship and I pulled out my wallet, id and other shit, then I told them to fuck off, because they were not impressing me.
I remember in my school ppl would start dating in the 2nd grade but mostly in 3rd and 4th grade.
I was walking with my friend and his girlfriend walked by him. He’s like oh that’s my girlfriend and they didn’t even acknowledge each other. He broke up with her even though they never hung out or anything and I saw her on the bench sobbing like they even talked to each other.

I want a story time so here it is!
I was a new student at a school . And I sat next to my so-called secret Admirer on the first day of school. So the first dayit was normal. I didn’t suspect anything. I just thought he was really nice I guess, but it was a new school so I don’t know anything really no anything I was that shy, nerdy kid by the way. The second day was normal just because it smoother than the first day since we kind a got the hang of things and now here. The third day this is where stuff happened if you want to call it that. No one was talking to me, everyone was looking at me in the halls, and being the new kid that’s kind of scary but what I found out is this kid spread the rumor that he was going to ask me out at the end of the day but he’s not that popular kid you guys all at a school. He was in nerdy weird kind a kid that nobody really liked (not to be mean or anything) but but I’ve never been asked out before being that I was in the fifth grade. I said no (of course) but I have a lot more now knowledge and looking back it’s kind of a fun story to tell

Lemme just summarize this from experience and observation... A middle school relationship is a hard 5 percent chance that they actually like eachother. Sure they might like eachother at first and then after a few months they will get into some dumb argument then they break up...

The reason why you don't wants us to date in middle it's because you can't get 1 your self
The reason u don't date in middle school is bc they usually last 3 days, and the relationship doesn't really mean anything to you in middle school. To most middle schoolers, the word ''girlfriend'' pretty much gives them a ''status''. They usually say: ''Oh, I have a girlfriend, I'm better than you'' or ''Dude, I'm not lonely, I have a girlfriend.'' Just because you have a girlfriend doesn't mean anything (in middle school). Ur girlfriend could be bottom of the barrel trash with a horrible attitude, and I would rather be single than having to date a person like that. I know there can be a few exceptions to this whole assumption about middle schoolers. Some could genuinely like the other person, and have feelings for them. And not use them as a social status.
Lol I could be feeding the trolls, but this is my take on middle school dating. It's dumb and pointless.
