- Four colours, controlled by marbles, battle for control of a 1000x1000 pixel grid.
Marbles start at number 1, and multiply in value when they enter the corresponding green triggers. If they enter the red triggers, their number will reset to 1, and the number that was reached will be launched as either a burst attack or a charged shot.
Burst attack will fire shots equal to the number reached, up to several hundred or thousand shots per second depending on the number of shots still be to launched. Any subsequent burst attacks will increase the number of shots remaining. Each shot will convert one territory pixel to the player's colour.
A charged shot will combine the full number into one large shot, which will convert territory pixels equal to its number.
If any enemy shots reaches the cannon, that player can no longer shoot.

I like the idea that when a base is destroyed it releases whatever marbles it had accumulated - it certainly adds to the excitement and fight back power :) well done
I really like the splitters, a nice counter to the death stars
A color can have a big marble (16 777 216 points for example) hit a splitter a lot until everything is just 1 000 000+ marbles of a color, which is more than the amount of little squares on the board, making some of the marbles noclip into the backrooms never to be seen again, unless they go to level 9 223 372 036 854 775 810 and touch the earth wall

@@weirdhungidas8998 he had that 4m in the pocket, when he died - all the pixel points were released (it would be really unfair if those 4m just disappeared)
The splitters are genius. Exactly what was needed. Also like the bumpers for the oversized multiplier balls on x8 and the like. I kinda liked the idea of settling them and taking them "out of play" until something else disturbed them, but it did drag the play out too much.
You obviously didn't see the one before that was 40 minutes long
@@CoolerStar-lz1jr they said "it *did* drag the play out too much", so they don't disagree that these very long games aren't good
This is fascinatingly similar to an approach that green employed in one marble kingdoms... with two active armies, and no base to call home.

I want a multiplayer version of that. You could choose where you drop your marble and aim the attacks. maybe few changes would be needed, but it could be super fun.

also i have a suggestion
introducing upgrades, once every minute or so, a marble of every remaining color will spawn in there, falling into the upgrades section, these are permanent and they have a seperate 'bar' to indicate where they are, or every minute the camera can zoom out to show the upgrade thingy
possible upgrades:
marble speed (increases movement speed)
gun revv up (only works for the burst shots, increases 'firerate' the longer it fires, compounding your DPS)
+1 (starts with 1 extra starting 'multiply' number)
resistance to interruption (when the on-field-marbles collide with roughly the same 'mass', the one with resistance to interruption will be knocked back less)
i have another suggestion, and that is introducing mines and turrets, it COULD have its seperate 'bar'
mines are just stationary charged shots that slow down and stand still after being shot, it doesnt collide with the colors marbles thats shooting it, but whenever an enemy color touches it, it releases a wave of tiny burst shots
turrets are stationary guns slow down and stand still after being shot that shoot at incoming (projec)tiles thats not their own, its ammo supply is the number at which the marbles on the left control, if any friendly bullet touches it, it loses its mass (you decide how much) and the lost mass (haha lost mass lost marbles, get it?) will resupply the turret, if the turret is hit, it will get destroyed and the direction the turret is facing in will shoot out all of its remaining ammo supply in 1 charged shot
How about flak? When a big marble (above 10k) gets close to another marble of a different color (And is also above 10K) is explodes into a ton of smaller ones that equals 1.1x the original marbles mass and these little ones have much more velocity.

@@hanchen267 They can also make it where if two different color marbles touch each other they subtract deleting the smaller marble and the bigger one subtract the amount of the smaller one, and if they are completely equal points nothing happens

FYI, the 2 bottom colors look the same to me...like clearly they ARE different colors.

The yellow base got destroyed, so anything left was released immediatly.

I am partially colorblind. I can usually tell you one is green and one is yellow bc they are slightly different, but I don’t know which is green or which is yellow. These two colors are EXACTLY the same shade to me. Idk if it’s bright green I see or if it’s yellow, but the whole bottom warzone section is very confusing to me

1:55 the marble yeets out of the place they're stuck in. That's neat and all, but what about if they are at 524288 points or more? They can't go in any more multipliers unless another ball helps them in the 1 second window. Is that an intentional point cap or another random con that exists?

The 2x, 4x and 8x have different sizes. A marble can still safely enter the 2x trigger up to size 1-2m. So yes, it is an intentional point "soft cap" to help marbles quickly get to large sizes but not obscenely large
