Is it possible to somehow regenerate ovarian tissue? Are there any methods to rejuvenate the ovaries? What is PRP, and what does Ovarian Rejuvenation Therapy With Platelets Rich Plasma really mean? How the therapy is conducted? Maybe a breakthrough point in infertility treatment ? Who can use it? And most importantly, is it really efficient? Is it proved by the studies?

There are a lot of terrible presentations on the subject of PRP on CZcams and elsewhere… many clinicians who really should not be presenting on the topic as they do not even know how to answer basic questions from listeners after their presentation. But I have to say this is one of the very best presentations I have seen available and I have been an avid consumer of information on this subject for a while now since I had the procedure done myself. Dr. Ozyigit gives an excellent description of the ovarian rejuvenation procedure as the as well varied outcomes he has seen, while giving a message of hope to those struggling with decreased ovarian reserve and POI. I have listened to this recording 3 times! Lol. There seems to be a new detail I missed every time. I am curious to know what is the dosage of HGH they recommend to those undergoing treatment, afterwards during potential IVF. Some physicians recommend a twice weekly dose while others prescribe a daily microdose. I wonder which is more effective.

Do you recommend that the patient be put to sleep or is local anaesthesia ok . Would there be a lot of pain with the local way.
