Oh! This book sounds so helpful. The textbooks currently in use are often stiltifyingly boring, and the teacher's manuals are absurd, particularly math...Unless one likes to study interpretations and scripts, written in various color type and fonts around the page.

@@OptimiStraEnglish Hi Michael I have aspergers and cognitive dissonance inner tension about my relationship. I love her but something inside me is sending painful feelings through me when im near and think of her, I get constant break up thoughts. Do I have do do this or could I use NLP to get past this to be with her?
@@98Ashb Not being a medical doctor doesn't put me in a position to give any advice in your situation. But there's one thing I'm sure of. When something is painful to you, it's worth trying new modalities and discover what works for you and what doesn't. In almost every situation I was in, I could find precious help in NLP. The simple idea of knowing how to take distance from a situation, how to change my inner representations of my problem, etc. just this is absolutely precious.
