DIY-How to make eyeliner using refillable eyeliner tube

Make your own eyeliner and refill them whenever you're running low for a fraction of the price and save the environment from excessive disposable plastic that would take at least a few hundred years to degradable. I use vegan jet-black ink or liner ink ( they are much darker), safe to use, and non-toxic.
