The point for ship of fools sadly applies for rat's spin too. As a death main i am usually doing content alone, but i can see how annoying it is to be unable to have the spell ready at turn 1, when playing with others.
Every spell with archmastery pips is annoying in group play. If you are low level using the gem to get the pips and you queue with a level 160 you will never be able to cast anything with those pips.

@@Jigen_Isshikiwould NOT recommend. Sounds like you stepped out at the perfect time. Mirage and Empyrea are pretty good worlds but I’d stick to solely watching for any world after empyrea.
5:15 while your point is valid for the usability of the balance spell, when i was playing through karamelle and especially lemuria, sandstorm and powernova werent enough to kill enemies. I had to blade then sandstorm a couple times. Or blade and nova. So i could see how it would be useless fir lower hp enemies but this is useful for new worlds where hp is too high to kill in one swoop
True, that was more aimed towards questing with other people. When you want to hit enemies first round with an AOE but can't. Most modern enemies the meta is blade -> 7 pip anyways.
I liked using the wallaru aoe spell for life it is very useful for mob fights and first round of boss fights. I can't wait to try out the other schools aoes for wallaru. The only one I don’t have high hopes for liking which I feel for saying because I like this is balance is because your base damage on the wallaru aoe is Storm not balance so your damage won’t be good

Technically yes. Another option you could have would be trying to duel school and use another’s schools AOE. Otherwise theres no real good option for balance. As long as you have gear you shouldn’t be struggling though, it just takes longer.
Can we also address the aeon gear schools does NOT MATCH the new spells?!! What is the point in getting second school gear pins set to aeon gear if the new spells do not even match......pointless!
Hi Noah, do you know if there are any level 90 or under storm/universal wands that give healing stats and dont come from packs/skeleton key bosses? Some actual f2p wands. Skeleton key bosses drop old pack gear.
i’ll be honest, not really. But no offense if you’re looking for healing wands as a storm around level 90, you’re looking in the wrong area. I would highly recommend gear and deck guides around that level instead of healing.
They are good for soloing, I saw Kane Soulbreaker, a relatively well known soloer using a +20% outgoing wand for his xibalba solo. Damage focused wands are indeed overall better and more time efficient for general questing. But a soloing storm uses more life spells than storm ones.

The best gear for Khrysalis was Waterworks and MAYBE Tartarus if you're feeling adventurous. There wasn't a ton of gear sets between levels 60-100 that were worth using really until they added this Khrysalis gear.
