Not going to lie, this hit deep, like real deep. I checked off at least 9 out of 10 things you mentioned that you did before finding your flow. I've done it all when it comes to ICT, and probably by now also watched 100's of hours of content and education but IN THE MOMENT all that information seeds doubt in my mind when it comes to execution. I really need to stop telling myself that I'm "working" when I'm doing the opposite of being productive (over trading). I keep constantly overlooking the fact that TIME is the most crucial thing instead of jumping into the markets like a stupid addict to get that quick buzz just bc I "see" something playing out. I'm seeing something, BUT it's NOT HIGH PROBABILITY because time ISN'T aligned, and I end up hurting my confidence in the theory. Get stuck in the LTF and end up talking myself into changing my bias constantly. Need to zoom out, be patient. Fuck. NEED. TO .WAKE. TF. UP I feel like i probably need a community of 2-3 ppl to trade live with to hold me responsible for my train of thought and executions. To be more selective. I know I'm rambling by now, but I need to get this off my chest. I run two business outside trading, and I do not run them like I trade, that needs to change. Really appreciate this content and will definitely hear what you have to say more.

You tell the truth !!! If I just demo trading I wouldn't realize the importance of journaling and risk management. I actually blown my account yesterday then I export all my position records and recap all the trade I did with Excel then I realized that I didn't risk management at all one single trade loss all 😢
Also I had the problem of "Addiction" spending too much time on chart look for a trade rather than actual planing trade and execution and I still get nervous and self doubt when I placed a trade but this doesn't really help 😂
I know what liquidity is and what goes when liquidation happens also all the ICT concepts but I still get low probability trade I do top down analysis and mark out HTF IRL BSG but still being stopped out sometimes when I placed the trade then I being “loss aversion” give up follow tight stop loss what happens is that I loss a lot just one single trade 😢
Maybe I too obsessed with ICT concepts but not really think how to executions and avoid loss sometimes it would be order block If it does provide support resistance and I forgot trading is probability game not all the trade would work out as I thought.
I am trading from last 3 months & I have blown accounts 5 times ( not very much ). & not a single time it was because of trading strategy. Everytime it was because of Overtrading. I know I can control it but Everytime I fail. :(

Completely disagree about this I think you need to have edge before jumping into live accounts. Getting knowledge at first is important bracketing it to see if your strategy is actually successful otherwise you wast a lot of time blaming about your psychology and your self. If your system and your strategy is the problem (technicall) then you can’t be profitable.and that comes with lots of hours of back testing refinement and gathering your data.
you should make a video about the best way to journal trades, right now i just put the trade and why i did it and then i reflect on it after the trade is closed, i dont know if thats the best way to go about it
