THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR WATCHING THIS VIDEO :)
Bing lists it as "a candid confession by Eminem about his struggle with addiction and substance abuse. The lyrics delve into the erratic and disturbed thoughts that run through his mind during relapses." - Hudba
Detox was a going to be the name of a Dre album that never ended up coming out. "I Need a Doctor" from Em, Dre, and Skylar Gray was a single for the album.
Why didn’t it come out?
Rhyme schemes from this era of Eminem are most impressive as he is rhyming 7 to 8 syllables in succession on many songs, the best of which "stay wide awake" has a 15-16 syllable rhyme scheme. I don't know why rhymes aren't taught with his songs in writing classes, he really is that good.
Bro for real Stay wide awake is INSANE, the second verse is the best rap verse i’ve ever heard
Accent was dumb but seriously even Em’s unreleased/unknown tracks are fire
That’s what i’ve heard! Let me know the names of some to react to, i’m filming today! 😎
Thanks for the comment
@@prod.itsmason Oh man, I can name you so many. Any Man, Bad Influence, Ghost Stories, Till Hell Freezes Over, Murder Murder, No One’s Iller, Low Down Dirty, Infinite, The Last Hit (Original), Off The Wall, Hellbound, Green and Gold, We Shine, Scary Movies, Busa Rhyme, I Remember, Get Back… I could keep going.
Oh my! I’ll have to work through this list 😂
@@prod.itsmason I would say Infinite is his most popular of the underground
I’ve heard infinite!
He was pretty hooked. Dope reaction. I'm from an older era its cool to see younger cats listening and analyzing things I grew up on. Youre pretty on point with what you think hes saying. Check out Yelawolf also. Good friend of ours was signed under Eminem.
Sweet! I’ll have to check him out. Thanks for the comment means a lot 🙏 😊
