- This is how to make your high heels pain free. How many times have you bought a gorgeous pair of shoes, worn them out the next day and immediately regretted it, because they hurt so much. It has happened to me a lot! So, these are my go-to tricks to make any shoes less painful.
Shoe bite is a common problem and generally it happens more in women because they wear tight, narrow and uncomfortable shoes more than men.

For me, high heels are really comfortable. Just as comfy as some simple running shoes. But I still like barefoot way better than any shoes
It's not torture! I can walk in heels really well and it's not painful.
You are absolutely right but It is eventually concluded that you adopt to be more comfortable if you wear tight jeans or tops as these initially speculate rashes on our body and the same applied with well-fitting high heels. It is painless and easy to wear them every day if you do it enough practice on low size high heels. Like

I tried the bandaid trick in two ways:
1. Put it underneath the straps (they were the same width).
2. Put it on my toes where the rubbing takes place.
I walked 1.3 miles in these open-toe sandals and it didn't work AT ALL. I ended up with huge blisters.

Thanku soooooo much for these really helpful tips. I used a baby oil for a tight pair of shoes and the result was amazing becoz earlier whenever I would wear those shoes my feet would hurt the whole day but with this tip there was no pain. thanks !!

Yep the socks, and the hair dryer shortens the breakin time. Just did this 2 days ago with a pair of boots with a very shallow instep. Actually dampening the fabric on the shoe and walk around for a bit works too.
