The seiryoku zenyo kokumin taiiku is made up of 2 sections : Tandoku Renshu (Solo training - 28 waza) and Sotai Renshu (With partner) divided into two groups : Kime Shiki (Bujutsu shiki - 10 waza) and Ju Shiki (10 moves of the Ju No Kata), the all kata contains 48 waza. One of the few authentic demonstrations of the Tandoku Renshu what a pity it is from behind. I think the narration slows it down too much.
