Late to the party, I know. But here’s three other places to boondock that I have never been refused...
      1) Denny’s restaurant
      2) Kmart
      3) McDonalds
In the case of Mc Donald’s I have even convinced the manager to “accidentally” leave the WiFi on all night long.
ALWAYS INFORM managers of your intended length of stay. More often than not I’ve gotten invites to stay overnight for multiple days in a row. This works especially well for women traveling alone.
      Follow proper etiquette-
1 night only, no parties, no folding chairs, pick up your dog shit as soon as it hits the ground, and spend 10-20 bucks minimum per stay. This saves a ton of money and is especially well suited for solar powered rigs.

Cracker Barrel corporate policy is to allow TWO night stays (where overnight parking is allowed) before management is allowed to take any action against guests. Also, Home Depots do not have any policy allowing overnight parking and are completely subject to local laws and ordinances.

For using CPAPs I got the 12 volt CPAP adapter that plugs into the 12v adapter in RV but I spliced in a 12v socket into a light next to bed. The best thing to have on a RV is having a solar panel on top to keep batteries charged. I say all RVs should have them. We can run 2 CPAPs all night on 2 12v batteries. Some people do use inverters to go from 12v to 110v to use their CPAPs but using a inverter draws more electricity from the batteries. I bought a small power pack for emergencies for my CPAP. & for tent camping. I did a test to see the difference in using 12v or 110v to run CPAP. I can run an extra night using 12v. One good thing about solar panels is that they keep your batteries charged & healthy even in the winter. I covered up the RV for the first time & covered up the solar panel. I put a smart trickle charger on batteries.
We have spent the night at a Cabela’s & used there free RV dump. We called them first & they said we could but at our own risk.
