It was 1986 and me and Poppin J. were loosing in the 8th grade dance. Johnny twisted his ankle and it was up to me. That's when i came up with pretending to eat something and swallowing it and having the food travel down my body. That move changed the game people. Your welcome Johnny.

Have you ever considered doing a lesson on how to freestyle? It’s good teaching these moves in isolation but bleaching them together with music is a skill in its own right
I find I pick these things up far quicker on my right side, my left side is just a mess lol. I know in dance you have to keep your conditioning equal on each side but I feel like if I keep practicing right as much as left my right will just end up looking completely different ...
