Hi, I just found out I'm allergic to nickel and cobalt. Like you I'm searching on the internet for more info but it's a lot to take in. That's how I found you. Can you please keep sharing how you deal with this allergy.

Hi there! I will try to share it but my diet definitely has consisted of a lot more meat now that I’m sensitive to nickel in foods. I also try to have a variety. I’ll gather my thoughts on this and share how I deal with it as soon as I can!

Nickel almost killed me and I am highly allergic. Mine was I had an orthopedic implant that had nickel in it, It almost liked me. I cant eat much I had to change my diet completely. I dont get rashes I get seizures from Nickel. But what kind of blood test did you get for food allergies. They want me to have a patch test I will not be able t take a shower for 5 days. Its nice that you can have pancakes all gluten is high in nickel and gives me seizures.

I think I’m going to start a channel exposing my nickel allergy. I wish I could get my records from my doctor when I was young showing how bad I had it on my belly and neck

I just found out I am allergic to Nickel as well! I am struggling to find foods to eat.

Omg I totally feel your pain! I find meat is actually the easiest since most meats are low in nickel! And most fruits I think are fairly low in nickel.
