I make calming wood and water triggers to help you rest and relax, or focus and get through your workday by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to trigger intense ASMR tingles by allowing the unique characteristics of the wood and bead sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean and minimally produced as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain & thunder may be added for a layered option.

What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is the positive psychological and physical sensations you feel from certain triggers. Triggers can be things like light touch, hair brushing, watching someone create art, listening to someone whisper, or crinkling or tapping sounds. There are a great number of benefits to ASMR, such as helping PTSD & anxiety, easing insomnia & depression, and promoting feelings of general well-being & positivity.

Hello! I always watch your videos very happily. Thank you for always making videos like this. If this isn't too much to ask, can you make a soup video using sticky glue or something? I'd also love to hear a rough kind of asmr that's a little more obvious and quick stir. I'm always enjoying it even if it's not possible. Thank you❤! (Sorry for my poor English! Hi there! Don’t apologize for your English, it’s great! I don’t use glue or any additives to the water that won’t allow for sustainability. Also, something like glue would create a problem for me to continue to use my wooden beads again. I don’t want nor can afford to be wasteful. I hope you understand 💜💜💜
I don’t do fast or aggressive ASMR because it’s not something that I am particularly fond of, so I wouldn’t do that type of style any justice unfortunately. It wouldn’t feel genuine. 😔

Wasn’t part of the plan really but my bf’s job brought us here :) We like it so far but it’s been a long road to trying to get settled. We’ve just been so busy.
