I actually prefer getting out and going to clients. I am tired of 'screen time' especially after the last couple of years!
Thankfully there are plenty of people that will still prefer a Mobile Notary or need one because they aren't able to use technology for one reason or another - health, age, location, ability, availablity, etc.
There will always be a need for in person Notary services.
RON is not the be all - do all for Notary services.

I enjoy the face to face in person. Iowa still has areas with sketchy internet . Younger borrowers like the internet to do anything possible. The older population are starting to enjoy online. As a realtor also, we do everything but look at the house and go to closing online.

This seemed like a commercial for RON and it’s growth. Not notary work as a whole. I’m a mobile notary and would like to keep it that way for a while as I like the drive time, meeting with new people, and getting out of my house that have a bunch of loud kids that isn’t very useful for home office meetings.
