Yes! I can totally relate to the random allergy flare up! I randomly got eczema a couple of months ago after 18 years of having no allergies at all! One thing I will say that helped me is getting an early diagnosis of triggers. You can buy a home testing kit online that will test for loads of different foods and substances you might be allergic to. It has helped me so much!! ❤️
