- For some reason Joseph's isn't listed as an EX voice in the gallery even though his is unused as well
- Part 3 Jotaro and Part 4 Jotaro have the same one
- Kira and Kosaku have the same one as well
- Old Joseph (RIP) and Pet Shop don't have one
It's a shame there are no new clashes but I'm surprised they actually had the voice actors rerecord all of these (as well as having the new characters record them) considering they weren't going to use them. My throat hurts listening to these lol
Seeing as the voice lines are in the game, I wonder if we'll get some additional clashes in later updates. For instance, I can totally see Kakyoin, Hol Horse, Ceasar, Mariah, Baoh and maybe also Avdol and FF working similarly to Mista and Narancia, while Dio 1, Koichi, Rohan, Akira, both Kiras, Fugo, Trish, Diavolo, Ermes, Anasui, Pucci and Valentine could be a rather typical fast flurry of punches. Maybe some slight flavour tweaks would be needed for some: Rohan might need to write in himself, and Ermes would need some stickers to give herself extra arms, but some of them would also kinda be canon clashes: both Jotaro and Dio rapid punched/deflected Emerald Splash, Akira duked it out with Okuyasu and Josuke, Koichi kinda does one on Kira, along with Jotaro and Josuke, Diavolo goes for multiple flurries on Giorno...

Things I noticed since old ASB for the used ones here:
-Jonathan is the only non-Stand user who can engage a Rush Mode Clash.
-Joseph is the only JoJo who cannot engage a Rush Mode Clash.
-DIO is the only main villain who can engage a Rush Mode Clash.
Pucci totally should be able to with his barrage

I love how Jonathan manages to keep up the barrage of punches with his own fists. It shows how he got strong with hard work and effort instead of having Stand privileges.

Technically, I guess if we're going by the over heaven book Johnathan in Dios point of view never worked hard to achieve hamon it was just gifted to him by fate and inheritance and dio himself had to steal and plunder nothing ever given, to get where he is, he views it as a battle against inheritors and takers

I'm impressed by Koyasu's ability to differentiate his "WRY"s between DIO and Diego.
I noticed he makes his voice different for Part 1 Dio, DIO, and Diego so he would do the same for their Wryyyys.
They'll Definitely have him return for sbr whenever that happens

It confuses me that Trish, Kira, and Prosciutto all have rush attacks and yet they can't get into a rush clash despite them have the voice clips for that.
That and when Giorno is in Requiem, there's no barrage clash.

I still don't understand why rush mode is only accessible to a few characters despite having the VAs rerecord the lines and IIRC the animations for those characters were still in the original game's files. Oh well, hearing Vampire Dio sound like a tornado siren is enough for me to get over it.

It really feels like Hol Horse (simply because it would’ve been funny to see him and Mista shooting each other in a clash) Okuyasu, Kira/Kosaku, Ermes, F.F. (Same reason as Hol Horse), Anasui and Diego all should’ve gotten the ability to clash rushes as well, would’ve worked

The only barrage I’ve seen Okuyasu pull is an erasure barrage so I think his opponent would end up dead if they did a clash rush

It's actually a very long "Ora" lmao
It's a long ora, I think Jonathan and Joseph both even say it in the manga and Araki just gave it to Star Platinum as his signature shout. Wryyyy used to be a weird sound vampires made but it became DIO's signature cry and then Giorno and Diego did it despite not being vampires themselves.

@@maty5591If certain moves clash with each other, you enter a button mashing power struggle minigame. Problem is, not nearly as many moves are compatible as is advertised. And the voices are there and everything, sooo...

I still think it's baffling that they let Mista enter rush mode but not Otoishi, either of the Kiras, Trish, Valentine, either of the Puccis, Koichi, Ermes, or Anasui. Over half the characters that can actually punch fast enough to keep up can't do it but some dude with regular old revolver and a stand that can't do anything other than rebound bullets can somehow keep pace with Tusk Act 4.
Very appreciate the fact that you went out all the way to edit the video to have in-game UI text use their original names instead of localized names.

It’s so disappointing not seeing this feature be expanded upon in the game’s redo, having them record all the extra voices for characters who aren’t able to get into Rush Mode just makes me think they put less effort into the game than they could’ve.

Kakyoin, Avdol, Polnareff and Jotaro could all clash together.
