The Cybex Bravo Advanced Functional Trainer

The Bravo Advanced Functional Trainer lets you train hundreds of movements in a single space-efficient machine. In this video, the patient demonstrates four different types of workouts while using the Cybex Bravo machine. He starts with seated rows which targets the upper back muscles and helps to improve posture. He does paloff presses which is an anti-rotation hold exercise. Paloff presses help with developing a stable core. He works on traditional chest presses. Chest presses help build upper body strength, stronger bones, and better mental health. He ends with the woodchop exercise. Woodchops strengthen the upper and lower body. This exercise also helps to keep the core strong and stable, improves flexibility of the spine, posture and balance.
