I love you 🤟🏻
Consume 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard, cramp will be gone in 2-3 seconds. I keep a little package from a fast food place on my nightstand.
This breathed new life into me today. I’m so inspired. This guy and his therapists are incredible.
Thank you i would try it but looks painful
Best free pillow!

Thank you for helpful tips I suffer from leg cramps also my toes cramps l am taking magnesium in liquid so far finger cross 🤞 🇨🇦
I just had one of the worst leg cramps ever and I can't even straighten my foot without it hurting. Also it hurt my hip
Also it's been an hour since I've had it and it's still super painful
Love from Pakistan
Horrible audio. I can’t understand it
I went to PT. A good place. But they couldn't give me ANY ideas how to sleep with neck pain. The suggestions they gave re pillows, etc were all wrong based on your video as well as others. I have my first pain management appt in two weeks. The only thing they do, literally, is to give shots. I asked if they would help me find a better position to sleep. She just repeated that all they do is give shots for pain. I don't want the pain, but if I get a shot and feel nothing, I could be ruining my neck even more and not realize it. That seems like a pretty stupid way to deal with my neck pain. In the 1800's they probably would have been able to tell me what to do and I'd get better. It seems that our 20th century progress isn't actually progress most of the time. 🫤
Amen to that... i just need to know which side i need to sleep on.
Bro your audio of giving me leg cancer
I WAS VERY INTERESTED BUT BACKGROUND WAS TO LOUD AND UNABLE TO HEAR will try next video. Than you,
Can’t understand what his saying

Seriously? My Doctor said absolutely no lunges, stairs or bending if can help.
Sucked. BAD NIGHT TIME THIGH CRAMP!
I woke up 2 hours earlier than i should because of a leg cramp
This can save a lot of people thousands and co-pays and doctor visits. Never understood why people pay for physical therapy like this over and over when you can do it at home for free
Yea sounds right for me.If I have a leg cramps I put on more blankets keeps my legs warm.So doing so can bring more blood to legs.Yea stretching leg muscle will help I think Will try stretching .I think I have a circulation problem
To exercise/move properly while unable to apply 100 percent weight /pressure. ie. 1.(Implant to bone density / hardness ratio ) normal activity causes hard i.plant to affect softer bone tissue. OR 2. Soft tissue range of motion is restricted by pain/surgery. Now you can train while healing.. Training is more efficient if each movement is performed properly.
The audio is horrible. Please use a mic and audio software before posting your final file
My heart just keeps thanking you and thanking you Dr Igudia for all you have done for me, you gave me your words that you could heal any sickness or disease, thank you for permanently curing me of my Type 2 Diabetes you are amazing.

SOUND IS TERRIBLE SO HARD TO HEAR NATUROPATH HERE... OVER DOING OVER WALKING OR RUNNING WHEN THE BODY IS NOT USED TO IT CAN TRIGGER HORRID MUSCLE CRAMPING IN THE LEGS AT NIGHT A TABLESPOON OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH THE MOTHER IN WATER... WILL STOP IT IN SHORT ORDER IN A HALF CUP OF WATER DEPENDING ON HOW BAD THE ATTACK IS YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE ANOTHER TABLESPOON IN A FEW HOURS SWIG IT DOWN RAPIDLY AND THEN DRINK ANOTHER HALF CUP CLEAR WATER - SWISHING AROUND TEETH AS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IS HARD ON THE TEETH YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THE CRAMPING WILL SUBSIDE BLESSINGS BE TO ALL
Would love to hear from anyone who's done this stretch... did it help?
Hey man you need a mic on your shirt cheap quality vid
I get bad leg cramps whenever I see a CZcams video with really bad audio. What should I do?
Thanks you it was of much help to me
Thank you!!!!! Bless you
I often get these cramps early in the moring, Calf muscle tries to twist and the pain is like ahhhhhhhhaaaaaa😖, I have learnt how to deal with this First when you sleep we should not put heavy blanket because this denies the space for our legs to move, try to get more light blankets which our leg can easily lift and move when we are asleep at night Second, try to add one leg 🦵 exercise in your lifestyle I do calves raises alternately with other exercises Third, Whenever you experience this pain I usually get it early in the moring which wakes me up with awful pain that's the worst thing, When u experience this pain, what happens is our calf muscle gets or wants to twist to either right or left You hold the calf during the cramp and rotate it towards the opposite direction Cramps occur in calves which makes our muscle move from right to left or left to right so, what we do to relief instantly is to hold our calves with our both hand and try to move it towards the opposite direction of the pain I am writing this 6.13am in the morning, I just experienced this at 5.50am today And I'm writing this cause I couldn't find no good videos about this cramp And thats bad Hope this helps 🙃👍
