Just bought the set and can’t wait to use them and see how they work compared to my Babyliss boost+ clippers and my rose fx trimmer.
Love both of the aforementioned but the trimmer and clipper both could use some better battery life and faster charging imo. So, I’m hoping adding these will get me through the day and honestly hope I end up liking them more because TPOB has a phenomenal business model and reason for making what they do! So, I hope to fully support them moving forward 🙌🏼 I know if I end up buying that shaver and it works as good as my Babyliss then that Babyliss is outta here 🫡 the weight isn’t a deal breaker for me but the fingerprints… sheewww. They constantly look disgusting 😂

Just Bought them ,I like them ,I just took the clicks off of both the slime and candy but I like the feel of them and swapped the blade to a fade blade on the candy and faper blade on the slimes high key became my go to

@@MatteoArias-jg8pv Unscrew the lever screw and pull the pin out ,just be careful cause there is spring under the pin

Just take the lever off and the spring and pin will come out of the lever. Then put it back on. Super easy. Some clippers it won’t come out though

I just got my JLR FF 2020 with the basic taper blade on it. My question is which guards should I buy for them? and im gonna pretty much zero gap the blade
I like Wahl style guards either Wahl premiums or MartyBlendz guards like I use
Bro I do like the taper blade better but fade is like for that close cut pick up the fusion blades yesterday I put them on my style craft rogues they slice

I don’t but you just take the lever off and there’s a pin and spring that come out. Some levers you can’t take it out though
@@Seancutshair I apologize if this question has already been asked and I just cant find it. Whats the easiest way to get the lever to tighten back down after the pin and spring are removed? The slide feels loose and moves while cutting. Really appreciate your videos and have enjoyed the content you're putting out there! Thank you!
Sorry I’m always asking questions 😭 but my brother has a perm and wants to shorten it a bit more. If I use shears to cut the tips will it affect it and become straight again?

Yo Sean love your videos man keep going!!! I’m a new barber and I have the green slime 2 version which is pretty good but it’s doesn’t have the taper blade on it, I was wondering if I could have those or by them off of you???
I’m gonna hang on to them but you can probably find a super cheap taper blade to throw on your slimes

QUESTION; please explain to me the difference in the taper blade (candy) and fade blade (slime) purposes.???
Im trying to choose which to buy for what im wanting. I want to be able to blurry fade my hair. And some taper haircuts as well. But mainly to be able to fade flawlessly. Thanks!
Fade blade cuts shorter and a little more harsh, taper blades longer and softer

Are these actually stronger than their green counterparts? Like the candy clipper has a confirmed better motor than the slime?
Does your oil light blink like 5 times before turning off whenever you turn it on? I’ve super oiled and still comes on 5 blinks and then turns off
Yeah I think it may just do that when you turn it in. Kind of like a car check engine light blinking when you start it and going off

I personally didn’t love the instinct due to its shape. Boosted all the way for me!
I know you a busy guy but how does the instinct fade? Is it similar to the x ergo? I know it has the same motor as the x ergo. Personally I don’t like the way the ergo fades. So fade quality? Good, great, or bad. Or just play it safe go with the boosted
Is there a better way to take off the clipper guards because everytime I take it off, the guard keeps scraping the bottom of the blade
I’m not quite sure what you mean. There’s really only one way to take it off
At 3:43 what is that symbol on the clippers underneath the “power left” that is flashing orange.
I think it’s an oil symbol. It always came on though 🤷🏻♂️
how would you compare these to the babyliss fx clipper or s/c clipper?
Definitely a step down from the big name expensive clippers but it’s meant to be more like a more affordable magic clip

Why does the Ghost X trimmer on Amazon have different prices for each color? Are they not all the same? or different?
For example, the black is like $27 and green like $25 and the blue like $44

I don’t think any will fit these. The gamma clips will fit the phantom clipper and demon trimmer

Just take the one screw on the lever off and when you pull it off the little pin that clicks will come out. Then just put the lever back on and it won’t have clicks

Four clicks means theres one click from close to a quarter open, one click from a quarter to half, 3rd click from half to 3 quarters open, 4th click is all way open. There is a true middle. Class dismissed.
