People really don't realize that pointing out spoilers is often times more spoilery to someone with no other context to the series than the supposed spoilers themselves lol...
Bingo, and so many commenter fail to realize that.😂😂😂
If it’s in the opening credits, they want you to know! Lol
@@Heegaherger If something is in the opening credits, it is there to wonder about. Not to point out to, or worse, give meaning to the first time viewer because we've seen the series a time or ten.
Also, good fucking luck to get spoiled by the 1st OP. Sure, perhaps you get some chara design spoiled but a part from that ?
[Spoilers underneath]
The most spoilery things in it are barely even noticed by people who finished the whole anime, so by someone fresh ? Never gonna happen.
@@No1Knows Exactly.
If a spoiler is in the show itself, the name for it is "foreshadowing". It's a literary device.
The bit where it says “FullMetal Alchemist” as it’s showing the characters pictures is a transition for commercials. The first would play, and then commercials would air in between, and the second would bring you back in and reintroduce the show.
It's also a huge meme among fans of the show
Iirc their official name is "eye catch"
@@michaelmaguire4147 This show has some great ones.
@@michaelmaguire4147 yeah, eyecatchers or bumpers.
A rebound happens when an Alchemist hasn't perfectly balanced an alchemic transmutation. Think of Alchemy as a math equation. On one side, you have whatever material you're starting with, and the other side is what you are turning it into with Alchemy. Just like both sides of a math equation must be equal, both sides of an alchemical transmutation must also be equal. If you attempt to transmute something with an unbalanced equation, the transmutation will pull from you whatever is needed to balance the equation.
This is why most Alchemists stick to a certain field of alchemy that they have spent years thoroughly researching. It's also a big reason why human transmutation is forbidden because the equation is unbalanced, and the resulting rebound is usually deadly for anyone who attempts it.
One of the best explanations of rebound (only mentioned a couple of times in the anime) I've seen.
Fantastic explanation
If we want to be technical, Ed and Al’s equation for the elemental components of the human body *should* be inaccurate… I read about it some years ago. But it’s not intended to be wrong, and either way it gets the point across: they thought they’d accounted for everything and so the “rebound” was shocking.
But well… the equation wasn’t wrong; they just misjudged how easy it would be to *resurrect the dead* y’know? ;-P :-D
@borjankosarac3645 SPOILER ALERT:
I've seen the video (I think by Film Theory) that shows how the calculations for the chemical makeup of the average adult are wrong, but that's likely just an author mistake. Assuming that in world the Elric brother's calculations were right, the element they actually missed was their mother's soul. The brothers believed a few drops of their blood was enough, but bringing their mother's soul back from the dead was never possible so the rebound used Al's soul to balance the equation, hence why he lost his entire body. Thankfully, Al's soul didn't bind to that thing for very long (would've been a MUCH different show if Al was in that instead of the armor), but that seems to be how the transmutation played out.
There is no spoilers in the show at all, it's just people that rewatch it realize that there are many clues leading to what happens later without the later context that's needed
Yeah, this show is really good at dropping incredibly important info on you and then waiting a loooong time to give you context for it, LOL.
It’s called foreshadowing lol
@justynhernandez3585 LOL, I know. Most foreshadowing I've seen tends to be subtle hints that slowly come together over time. But FMAB somehow gets away with some incredibly obvious foreshadowing that most people (myself included) miss on first watch.
I think they meant the opening, which is ok in spoiler category compared to usual.
if i remember right some of the intros can be a bit spoilery but anything in an episode obviously wouldn't be. the spoilers would come from people going "remember this, it'll be very important" or similar things.
Fun Fact: Lust's character design was the inspiration for Asami Sato's
Possible, partially… When TLOK was first releasing, Bryke had claimed they hadn’t watched FMA (but did use the lipstick inspiration). Now I’m unsure if they were being honest there…
"I know that's Travis' wife, Laura."
Dammit, that's the fun fact I like to share whenever someone starts watching this show!
What’s funny is that when they first played these roles, the 2003 adaptation, they weren’t in a relationship for a few years yet… I *think* they were dating by the time they did VA work for “Brotherhood”, but they weren’t married at that point.
Fun fact:
Travis secretly enjoyed (spoilers) lust 😈
Laura Bailey is unparalleled.
People tend to say “the opening has spoilers”, but they just see that in retrospect.
Anime openings are so chaotic, and mix in so much stuff that just doesn’t happen, so watching them is usually ok.
The opening has foreshadowing
Yup, and Brotherhood is a great example of this. Though there are some anime that outright ruin some things.
For Brotherhood specifically, I tend to recommend skipping the opening for the first 2 ep, just to give some moments more impact in the episodes proper, but that's just me.
@@5Amigos32 foreshadowing ≠ spoilers
@@JazzMaster01 But people misunderstand what either of those things are. Showing the villain in the show cloaked in darkness and being mysterious is foreshadowing. We don't know what they look like or how they act. Showing those same characters in the opening for the show while the story itself tries to cloak them in darkness to prevent them from being seen yet is completely against that. So, the example here is that the opening spoils what the show tries to foreshadow.
COMMENTERS STOP TELLING NEW VIEWERS EVERYTHING IS SPOILERS! Its called foreshadowing and laying clues for the future. We as people whos watched this before are just seeing everything in hindsight. We sure as hell didnt know shit the first time we watched it.
This. The first episode of Brotherhood is basically the only filler episode of the show and it's intended to introduce both familiar and new fans to this world. Everything in that episode is included with intention. It teases a couple characters but only barely.
The intro spoils the entire fucking plot, so idgaf
@@alreadyblack3341 Perhaps I've misunderstood your comment. What don't you give a fudge about?
@@alreadyblack3341You’ve misunderstood everything you were told.
@@alreadyblack3341 Theres no fudge here!
"Me and God, we don't get along too well" is one of my favorite quotes of the whole series.
"Yeah, I met the guy, kind of a smartass."
It is important to remember that Ed’s arm and leg were each lost at 2 separate times. The leg was lost from the attempt to bring their mom back. The arm was sacrificed by Ed moments afterwards to bond Al’s soul to the armor. They happened very close together but they are two distinct separate events.
Something I didn’t realize until just now is that Ed’s line towards a broken Rose was the same line Mustang gave to a broken Ed last episode: “stand up” “keep moving forward”
Ed may be stubborn but he doesn't let it block his character development, he really is humble when it comes to learning and wisdom. Later we have him telling a certain character something that triggers the character a memory of the time he had said the exactly same thing to Ed, so Ed keeps learning, recognizing and taking good advices even when they come from someone who is not even at the same side. that's precious cause many times we get a message from an unexpected messager and most people don't wanna accept any message or lesson unless it's from someone they like.
He’s still prideful, but somewhat self-aware of it ever since he… well, he flew too close to the sun and got burned. As he puts it himself.
As a longtime anime fan, please don't apologize for making frequent comparisons between this and Avatar. Iirc you said this is your first Japanese anime, so if Avatar is your only frame of reference that's totally understandable lol. I love that this is your first dive into the medium, I hope it opens you up to the possibility of reacting to other anime.
Father Cornello ordered his philosopher's stone from Wish
😂
Just so you know, those pictures that they show with the "Full metal alchemist" line twice. Those are commercial breaks, you'll see a bunch of different types and styles in anime as you get to them. Some shows will show blueprints you can pause and read, or extra bonus content, and lots of different things. It's even become it's own little thing where some series try to use the commercial break segments very creatively.
You know what's crazy? When Ed saw Truth in his vision after committing Human Transmutation, he effectively was meeting the god of his world. He literally met god and is *still* an atheist. Had a face to face conversation with a god and decided "nah, he ain't worth worshipping".
Cowboy Bebop is another fantastic dub and is 100% right up your alley - I think you'd love it.
I second this motion ❤
25:15 "It's easy to belittle people . . ." WHO YOU CALLING LITTLE!?
I always find it interesting when People call Openings "Spoilery". Openings often show you all the Characters and maybe some scenes that relate to something that is coming in the season, but they rarely "Spoil" anything. I mean, you have no Idea who these Characters are, you don't even know if they are friend or foe. Sometimes it's easy to tell if they are antagonists or not form the way they are depicted, but in those cases, you usually notice it just as quickly once they are introduced in the show
To be fair, some anime series are extremely spoilery in their intros but in most cases they are just brief teases of upcoming arcs/characters. I don't recall Brotherhood's OPs being heavy on spoilers, they're mostly just cool little music videos.
Thank! People will call any alluding or hinting/glimpse as a spoiler.
I have seen a few anime with pretty massive spoilers in the OP, so I just skip them all now. It's bad enough when the spoiler is in the episode title, which One Piece is bad for.
@@JakkFrost1 FMAB is reall not known for having spoilery stuff in either
It's not necessarily that there are spoilers in the first episode, more that we can't talk about most of the things that happen in the first episode, because spoilers.
I think that people talk about it as "spoilers" because it introduces some things earlier than in the manga or the 2003 anime.
That's not spoilers, of course, it's just a different way to tell the story. It's like saying that the movie Iron Man "spoils" The Avengers. You can prefer one version or another, but it's serving a conscious purpose.
The first episode is to give major plot hints, the next couple of episodes set up the duality of morality, ethics and philosophy of this show.
They also speed-run the story from the original anime release. I think the creators of Brotherhood expected that most viewers would have watched the original anime and wouldn't want to watch half of the story all over again before the split from the manga happened. So they condensed it all down into the first season and some flashbacks. Which is kind of a shame, because there was some really cool stuff in the extended versions of those stories!
@@Jathom This is inaccurate. The 03 version just massively expanded on the source material because they were working with a story that was 1/3 finished, not the other way around. Brotherhood is a much more precise adaptation.
Really the only thing on note that is genuinely cut is the Youswell event, which occurs awkwardly between this and the next episode without fitting into either.
@@Vael221 I kinda love though how they just don't do Youswell, but still use the one reoccurring side character from that story, and just don't explain his beef with Edward until a silly little montage like 40 episodes in.
@@oq1106 I mean it's briefly mentioned in episode 3 or 4, but yeah
Honestly, this anime is a good choice. If there was an anime I would recommend for anyone who has no idea about anime but is interested in getting into it, this is the anime I would recommend. Well written characters, easy to understand lore and power mechanics, relatable socio economic and cultural issues, awesome action, pinches of tearjerker moments, and a clear beginning and end. I would easily consider this show among my best animes of all time.

Angela: "I'm curious to see where we're going next"
Me: Oh SHIT, next is THAT episode....
Lol she might just quit the show
Just got a power through the hard times. The series as a whole is so perfect. And the theme of equivalent exchange one must have dark moments to have bright moments.
The little "full metal alchemist" character cards were originally there for before and after the ad break when the show was on TV. They change by the episode and usually feature two (or more) characters important in said episode, pretty neat even when their original purpose isn't there anymore.
I like how she seems more open to react to anime thanks to FMA. Imagine her reacting to Fruits Basket. I can't imagine a better person to react to that anime.
Omg I love to see people react to FB, I would love to see her reaction!
@frankserpas8642 The noise I just made *out loud* at this suggestion. Yes please!
I watched through this whole series with my best friend late last year, as he'd never seen FMA:B all the way through, we watched every new intro when they came along and they did not spoil the mystery for him because he didn't understand what was happening in the intro, and then got even more joy as the intro started to make sense
The intros are fine yall are just paranoid
The idea of a philosopher stone is that it gets around equivalent exchange, since the priest’s stone runs out (and pretty quickly) it obviously does not fully meet the criteria.
The author agrees with you, the characters in the show agree with you. But i have a hot take in that i think the author is flat out wrong.
When i look at the actual material of the show, my conclusion is that everything you just said is wrong, despite the fact that the author thinks it's true. Ill expand more in the finale reaction.
@@RakkiXIII To be fair I’m not saying I agree but it’s hard to say more without going to spoiler territory.
Everyone in this little comment section here needs to be careful about what they’re saying about the philosopher stone. The most you should say is that it is a real philosopher stone. It’s just not a powerful philosopher stone that’s why Ed said that it was fake because it failed after a short period of time, and then leave it that.
If your watching something in order, it's not called a spoiler, it's called foreshadowing. Some people don't know the difference.
Yes, but those that point out seemingly irrelevant dialog or situations are giving the foreshadowing more meaning than a first time viewer would know to place on it. This takes away fun of putting something together for yourself and replaces it with a potential, "oh, this is what people were talking about," moment. Spoiling the experience.
The double 'Fullmetal Alchemist' are the extro and intros from a commercial break.
I like how ed seems to see his past in rose and while he may be crass, blunt, and not as tactful- he still tried sending her down a better path
5:31
Xander, you dropped this 👑
The reaction hasn't even started yet and I'm already laughing here... Good job!
Anyone who told you NOT to watch the first opening of FMAB is NOT your friend. Easily one of the best of all time.
"when your gaze is fixed on the heavens, take care not to drown in the rain."
29:31 "'til the schedule lightens up" um, Farscape, Fullmetal Alchemist & Doctor Who total 321 episodes, it may be a good idea to plan back-to-back viewing for two-part episodes sooner than later.
That Part. 64 weeks total to get through THIS series would be rough, usually I binge it in the space of one.
This show really hammers home the idea that neither religion nor science (next episode) has all the answers. You need to search on your own, and come to your own conclusions. It's a really powerful message.
I would push back on saying the first episode is spoilery or the openings for that matter. It's only "spoilery" if you've seen the show and you know things. But if you're new coming in and have no idea then you don't know what's a "spoiler" and what isn't. That's my opinion at least. I'm glad you're enjoying the show so far and I'm eager for your progression through the series!
Fun fact! I'm unsure about FMAB, but in the 03 version, the voice actor for Alphonse, Aaron Dismuke, had to speak into a metal bowl for the entire production to give him that tinny noise to his voice. Aaron still VA's too, so it's cool to hear his adult voice now!
If they didn't want you to see it they wouldn't put it in the opening, people constantly insisting that opening are full of spoilers don't make sense to me. Skipping them would just be depriving yourself of part of the energy of the experience.
Many anime don't hold back too much on murdering characters on screen and handling darker topics. I understand you having cartoons as your most similar media can find anime a little shocking as a newcomer. Of course, ATLA talked about mature and darker topics and I love it but never went quite to this extent because it was still targeted for kids at the surface. But this one isn't and many anime aren't despite the colorful looks. Not so many anime handle mature topics with this level of writing, but not many hold their punches regarding dark scenes either despite having other scenes with completely opposite tone, so that's something you'll have to get used to. FMAB is a great teacher for you because it has a little bit of everything and everything is well implemented.
Man I'm not even sure I'm emotionally prepared to watch her learn all the secrets and see all the twists
We just have to get her through the first ten episodes somewhat emotionally intact.
My mother stoped in the first ten and you guys would probably understand why
Love you’re watching this series. It picks up!
As for the thing on gluttony/lust it isn’t a transmutation circle as much as it is just a symbol
FYI - the "original" Fullmetal Alchemist is 80% non-canon/made-up filler. The anime caught up to the manga, but instead of taking a break or doing a filler arc they made up a new version of the story. It's pretty impressive considering the circumstances and I was a big fan, but they also WOEFULLY mistreat some of the characters- especially the women. Brotherhood is a second attempt and it sticks very close to the manga.
The last 15 episodes of Brotherhood are some of the most satisfying storytelling in anime.
FullMetal Alchemist, both the original 2003 series and Brotherhood, have a very good English dub cast. There is a lot of crossover in the voice acting between the two series, so I think Brotherhood may actually have benefited from the actors already having a very good feel for their characters.
I love that Ed would literally rather die than be disrespected.
"Stand up and walk, keep moving forward, you got two good legs, use them..."
Those words had a profound impact on me growing up, I think they got me through some tough times, and I still keep them close to heart.
19:30 An alchemical transmutaiton that fails can rebound, what happened to Ed and Al was a form of rebound. It happens when you don't give enough, or when the alchemis doesn't fully visualize the transmutation.
It makes me happy to be able to re-experience this show again through your eyes.
This is a fun little side note, since you've watched Legend of Korra, lots of people saw Asami's looks when the show first came out and said she looks a lot like Lust from this show. People asked the creators if she was based off of Lust and they said she wasn't, but she still looks like her.
The level of media literacy and storytelling comprehension of average anime fans can never be more overstated lol. Whilst it does happen, it is exceedingly rare - the show isn't going to spoil itself in the intro, don't worry. As for the dubs v subs - at it's core its rooted in the trepidation we have with anime dubs back in the 90s, they were often done as quick cash grabs by entertainment studios, so quality was rarely a concern. Into the later 90s and early 00s as anime became more popular, yet still somewhat niche (compared to today) there was then a rise in elitism & gatekeeping - primarily online on discussion boards & forums. By the time the original FMA anime came out though, it was more or less a thing of the past - at this point it was mostly just debated as a preference and argued on the internet for the sake of arguing lol.
One small point to mention, which may have been alluded to & mentioned to you in small ways is that the original FMA anime was made and released as the manga was still ongoing - so at a certain point it outpaced it and made up its own story. FMA:B is the story done again years later but sticking to the source material, given the original run did so much of the early story already though, Brotherhood does sorta play a little fast and loose with some of the early story telling. It isn't bad - just truncated. The ideal way to watch is some sorta hybrid of FMA & FMA:B, but that isn't really worth recommending to a first time viewer, Brotherhood is entirely sufficient - plus you can go back and watch the original run after the fact if you crave more :P
Ohhh, so happy to see another channel take the dive on Fullmetal Alchemist, and to hear this is your first anime? This will definitely be interesting. I don't wanna say you're spoiling yourself for anything else you watch after this, FMA itself is very much a classic now, and the voice acting industry has improved leaps and bounds since then. That said, there are many performances in this series that I'd happily say are best-in-career, and it ain't even close.
I'm excited to be able to see this journey you're taking, and the talking points and insights you have already tells me you've got the perfect mindset for the themes and subjects this series explores!
Fun fact: this episode should actually be the first episode based on the manga-- you can kinda tell based on how there are such big dramatic introductions for Ed and Al in this episode 😅
they switched around some story points from later parts of the story to the first couple of eps, but the anime pretty much just follows the manga beat for beat from here on out
I love how this episode is like an arc all by itself. When someone asks me about FMA in general and asks me like the first true arc I remember, I tell them Lior. I can't remember if it was an actual multi episode arc in 2003 or not. It might have been.
I wouldn't say episode 1 has spoilers exactly. It has setup for the whole series. Hindsight is changing how people see it.
The symbol on the sins characters are an ouroboros tattoo, which is a historical symbol used in religions and alchemy. Its represeted by a snake consuming its own tail
5:29 That was a great visual gag. Props to your editor. 😆
An important thing to remember about Ed being super harsh about Rose's faith is that he's a 14 year old who lost his family and went through hell to get his Brother back, to say nothing of actually meeting Truth. If I met an all powerful being that at the very least claimed to be the God or at least A god, I'd be pretty dismissive of others' beliefs as well.
Laura Bailey is such a treasure. I've heard her work but didn't know her name until playing Nier: Replicant where she voices Kaine, and hot damn, one of the most fun VA performances I've heard.
You know, my brother asked me to watch this anime for years, it was up until last year that i finally watched it, and i wasnt ready for it lol looking forward to your future reactions
In case you dont know, this is actually the first chapter in manga, and the "novice" line will come back in the end
I think we've found the No 1 Ed fan and I am LIVING for it! Our boy deserves all of the love.
P.S: I completely feel you on being excited that Laura Bailey and Travis Willingham are voicing Lust and Mustang. Been a huge fan of the dub for years and got into Critical Role/Vox Machine much later. So I had the exact same experience as you...but in reverse :D
This is my favorite anime and seeing you watching it for the first time brings back all the emotions like I’m watching it for the first time.
“Stand up and walk” the religious imagery they fit into this show is incredible.
With the cut breaks why it says the name of the show, those are just put in there for TV Ad breaks in Japan, they always cut away to a mid-section of a show's airtime, and some shows insert placeholder cards to show its break time, and then displays again when the programme resumes. You'll see it in other anime's such as One Piece a lot when and if you ever get around to watching the anime show after the live action series. So yeah it's just an ad cut mid-section.
"I don't wanna keep comparing it to Avatar, but there's a lot of elements"
*GRRROOOOAAAANNNNN*
Not only is Roy voiced by Travis Willingham but lust is voiced by his wife, Laura Bailey.
Oh man its been a long time since I saw this, fantastic series! Glad you're doing it
16:01 Those were the commercial indicators (splash screen) common in episodic anime, one showed before the show went to commercial the other when It came back. They just show a random charter with their name and announce the show name.
You are one of my favorite reactors and I can't wait to see you go through this journey!
Lust and Gluttony do not have transmutation circles on them, because well, those are not circles. A transmutation circle is fully enclosed, part of the balance required.
15:57 This animes are broadcasted in Japan, so usually they all have those kinds of thing at the middle of the episode indicating the start of the addbreak and the end of it. They're called "eye-catchers" I believe
I love fullmetal alchemist but sadly it literally the 1# most underrated anime and doesn’t get enough praise or credit it truly deserves
This anime is my absolute favorite! It has so much depth while also not being overly complicated….well at least it doesn’t seem that way 😅
The age-range content expectation can be bewildering at first. Something many of us don't think about is that what is considered age-appropriate in the US is not the same for the rest of the world. As somebody that didn't get into Anime until I was older, it took me a few shows to grasp that fact.
Laura Bailey is a legend. Voice of kid Trunks in DBZ as well. Hilarious af too. Love Vox Machina/Critical Role too.
7 deadly sins gag at the start was top tier lol
This will be an incredible journey, excited to see this show again with you! ❤
The middle of the episode where it showed Cornello and Rose were the cut card inserted for commercial breaks. Unlike the US Japan doesn’t constantly cut to commercial. They do a big spiel in the middle of the episode and get them over with in one go. The cut cards are a byproduct of that, like the fade to black you might see on American shows
This series might be a good one to avoid comments lol. Anime audiences are absolutely atrocious when it comes to just letting people experience the anime. They either "warn" you about events, explain things that will be explained in the show, or think that there's a particular way to enjoy the show lol.
Glad you're enjoying it so far! Its a great show and i enjoy hearing your thoughts.
Not only is Roy voiced by Travis Willingham, but Lust is voiced by Laura Bailey his wife.
So happy to see you enjoy this show!
Gods these early episodes of Brotherhood rush through their stories so fast, it's more like a highlight reel than an actual adaptation for like the first dozen or more episodes.
Man, I just can not wait for another week to get more 🥲
Gotta start a petition for reaction twice a week. Hope that schedule of yours gets better soon
Hi this is John Madden from Pawtucket Rhode Island USA I love your content and I love Fullmetal Alchemist I love episode 3
i watched this anime once and it became one of my favorite right away, now i'm rewatching it with you for the second time and im' having a blast
One of the things that brotherhood doesn't do quite so well as the original is explain that Ed and Al DON'T know the consequences before they start human transmutation. They know it's bad and a no-no and forbidden, but it's SO forbidden they have to work out the process for themselves from scraps of information and extrapolation from existing alchemy. That's part of why Roy is really impressed that a pair of kids could even try it, never mind be as correct in theory as anyone else has ever been. It's also why in the flashback episode, Ed still seems set on trying again, because he thinks they got something wrong, that they missed something, and that's why it backfired.
The thing about brotherhood is that it's the second attempt at an ademtation of the manga, which properly follows the manga this time. The original anime caught up to the manga and went in its own direction having a completely different ending, character development/backstory and over all plot
The first half of the original anime is pretty much the same as brotherhood but it's a bit more flesh out. When brotherhood came along, they assumed everyone had already watched the original anime, so they kind of rushed into things and had some scenes which were a bit spoilish again, assuming everyone had already seen the original anime
Loving the reactions. You're keeping up just fine. The plot thickens indeed lol.
Laura Bailey has been in so many shows and games its crazy and having watched a lot of critical role i can now usually pick out her voice when i hear it, she also makes in person cameos in films sometimes (free guy is one) her husband Travis Wellingham i find harder to pick out his voice in things but i found him great in critical role as grog
Grandma, to me, seems to have a mirror personality. Whomever she's dealing with, she'll reflect back whatever energy they throw at her. So with Ed it is piss and vinegar, with Winry it sincereness and compasion and with Mustang is deadpan seriousness.
Considering the amount of episodes this anime has and the fact that you're also doing other series with over a hundred episodes, it would be both a good idea and also really nice as a viewer if you watched more episodes per video. Thank you.
Cool transition into the episodes!
The full metal alchemist, full metal alchemist title card would bookend the commercial break when on television. Except for in america where we need to have two commercial breaks per episode.
Hahaha. I love the dig at yourself with the 7 deadly sins, it's breaking my brain in the best way
One of my biggest excitements in anime is the anticipation for the next opening and watching them again once finishing the whole show, this time knowing the context.
Sure, you have a sneak peek into some characters, locations and events but that's all. Especially with FMAB.
Now, there are a few shows that have actually spoilery openings that can be understood without context (Aka Demonslayer for the most part), but those are in the minority.
I recommend Fruits Basket, especially if you need dub. It is my all time favorite anime and the dub is one of the best I've heard.
Oh, I agree!!! She’s so good at picking up on the emotional heart of shows, her reactions would be BRILLIANT!
I like how in this episode you see
The extremes of religion
And in the next episode you see
The extremes of science
Damn! I knew about Travis voicing Mustang, but I didn't make the connection between Lust and Laura Bailey until you said it. I honestly can't believe that I didn't realize it sooner lmao!
