Interesting mod. Can you show a pic of the eye fitted. I run a bb960ar, with 90k blaes on it, we only do 3 to 4k balea a year so a new baler is not practical. I am always on the lookout to modify and upgrade mine a little bit. Like the videos keep up the good work
@@Smonhaut bottom roll will come out first and the top roll you will drop out and when installing top roll you will put the shaft in the left side first and lift up through the slot on the right side to re install top roll. You will need all new bearings, I cut all bearings off before trying to drop any rolls, the lower roll you unbolt the lower bearing plates. Once you re install both rollers set them on each other as evenly as possible center them and tighten everything down and then adjust your roller tension, I usually run mine about medium tension.

Off topic question, have you ever changed the rubber rolls in the new holland durabine 416? I’m changing my rolls to B&d rolls and am struggling

@@Smonhaut no those little shields are only like 10 bucks they are extremely important they keep hay from wrapping up and wiping the bearing out
