SUR RON wouldn't power on at all due to kickstand wire being shredded while off roading. Separated and heat shrink the wires without having to take anything apart and disconnecting the wiring.
Fucking awesome! I just bought a used, barely riden, Segway x160 with a previously unknown electrical problem, no charger, and a battery at 0%, all for just $250 from my local Honda House. The bike had the same problem, but I didn't know the wires just needed to be separated and secured properly. I just followed what he was doing, and the bike came back to life. Tell your mechanic that I owe both of you several drinks and/or some bud.
Why don’t you just remove the bash plate, 4 hex bolts then you can simply unplug the kickstand sensor, bit of heatshrink over the connector and jobs done, properly
Great video and a lesson all Surron riders should know about!! Cheers guys :)
I'm 58 and love my hitting trails!!
