  • Migol has locations named after him across and beneath Valhalla. the Marro Sringers enter a cave and seek to weed out the foes who have taken shelter here. The shadows and jagged rocks greet the Marro as they start their patrol in this wretched place. Will they escape alive?

Good point regarding fair map design (I'm hesitant to join Discord again as it's a jumbled effort for me to keep up.) For multi-map events that I hosted, I always went with symmetrical maps for easy and balanced terrain features. However, I built them too long in length (~22-24 hexes long) and some games ended sooner than others. It eventually dawned on me to have set a game limit or built smaller maps. 39:27 -brings back memories of Migol's Tomb and other maps were hiking up was a slog. 47:42 - LOL a perfect D20 Scape moment. Another excellent CC session, Derek. Thanks.

@jonanjello thank you! yes, while I play very casually, I tend to mention the things those who lean more competitive say. There is value in both styles of play and it's fair to present it all so the end user can decide what feel to go for.
Yeah, that Scattergories die heard me say "man, I was really hoping to see this kill someone" and had my back. . . 🤣

Did not expect that. Those roaches make me rage and I think they are ranked very highly along with those scattering rats. TorKulNa was essential, I think Grimnak's chomp wouldve also been a good additon for a double wammy

@@smileydog5941 I thought the Stingers were going down for sure. I also hate going up against these guys.

Despite the Stingers win, that exoskeleton ability feels almost overpowered in how it shields all of them until completely exhausted. Tor-Kul-Na's trample was 100% critical to the win given it disregarded the exoskeleton. Without a figure like him I fear this would have gone very differently for the Marro.

@KingLeonidas540 that was what I was feeling as well. It was almost as if the Marro Stinger were facing an Army of 32 Mezzodemons. If Tor-Kul-Na went down fighting Jotun it could have very easily went to the Mezzodemons.

@@derekvash @KingLeonidas540 - Exoskeleton does feel incredibly powerful. Though I own all of the D&D expansions x3, I've not played them. Their 'Book of' thread has insightful discussion yet no Power Ranking.

@jonanjello they seem really powerful until Special Attacks show up. They are great, but suffer from no range and only two members to the squad. Still, I like them a lot and enjoyed the rounds they were in.
