I haven't remapped the ECU as it's a Lear bike for the Daughter. But youre probably right. If you road it hard at full throttle it would probably lean out.
Bought one of these for a honda. It got extremely hot and melted the rubber mount it came with. Then it basically got worse and the "carbon fiber" started melting. Took it off and ended up buying a more expensive and better pipe set. Hope it works for you.

Bit late saying this now but it would have been much earlier just buying a longer spring clip!

So far nothing has melted but the different sections of stainless steel have changed different colours which suggests different grades stainless used.
