Man I used to play Dungeon Crawlers like this and Gateway to Apshai all the time back then.....I never completed this....never knew it had an end....I used to explore all levels completely before moving on but almost always would get my butt handed to me by an Assassin at some point.
The game remembers the maps which you find with TM=TM+1: T%(TM)=Level_of_Map. But TM never gets decremented! As T%() is not dim'ed by the program, the highest possible index is 10. After you find the 11th map, the game stops with an OUT OF DIMENSION error (the dimension spider 😉). You can press STOP or ESC from time to time and type TM=0: CONT to prevent this spider -- er, bug.
...That's it, that's all you get?! God damn it, don't know what I expected but something more than that! Oh well. How many hours did I waste on this game back in the day? Far too many!
Man, I miss the simplicity of games like this.
Completed this today on Vic 20 after playing the game for almost 35 years!

Wow congrats ! We used to play that game like crazy but never could defeat it OR figure out WHAT the Drift Spell did.
