My training was 3 days and was very useful with lots of information. And yes stage 2 is very intense I had 10 3 hour sessions with my SW discussing every aspect of my life from education to finances to past relationships. I cried many a times discussing the loss of my son and my childhood too

When me and my husband got married we had 3 songs for our first dances as I am a massive Arnold Schwarzenegger fan so we had the songs off terminator and lost boys as that's one of my fave films and for your music playlist do it your self like we did instead of the DJ playing naff songs 🙂
