Thank you for doing it! Editing is a great tool, but sometimes people forget that an edited video never represents accurately what we see in real life. We all do mistakes, all the time, but as I like to say "the good dancer is not the one who makes no mistakes, but the one who looks great even when he makes them". This video was a good reminder.

I was curious, why don't you wear pants so you can do some really big kicks? I like to do a lot of kicks in my dance routines, but I can't seem to ever get high enough, not for lack of stretching - any suggestions??
As far as energy, I spend a lot of time on the jogging track, run at least a mile, try to run 2 miles. - and then the endless exercising, in addition to doing a lot of dancing of course.
Plus protein powder seems to help me quite a bit. The muscle milk one works fine, if you want a suggestion - it gives you that explosive energy burst.

And Spins!! - What I do is I cut out the plastic from the gallon water bottles - and then spin on that -
I can do one and a half turns, my goal is two
