Or as he says make positive change in the community without funds/connections etc. If you hear what hes saying about his longer term plan it makes sense, like youre just saying hes confused but theres obviously a longer term strategy here taking the reality of things into account. If he just speaks positively all the time he loses his initial fanbase and then the plan stops to a degree and he then also lacks funds, literally seen so many artists "fall off" as soon as they start taking a more positive route message wise in their songs. You need money/exposure to change things i think hes probably more in tune with reality than u are rather than simply being lost and confused.

Let’s be serious here, and I’ve been a fan of the hip hop scene from the 80’s and definitely have been into drill since it’s Chicago roots, but it’s whole inception was about tit for tat killings, to dis, and make threats then talk up the bodies all on social media. So many people try to give weak excuses claiming otherwise but it was created by the people that lived that lifestyle. It is what it is but to say it isn’t is just as stupid as the trend of basically bragging online with details that could easily be used to prosecute for those crimes essentially doin the police work and self snitching 😂 The fact that the UK and now here in Australia have adopted it definitely increased the violence and changed the culture in general where that violence was never associated to the music before. Shit, here there’s people reppin’ postcodes ffs it’s hilarious. Again, I always will be a fan of the whole hip hop culture, no matter the sub genre, and drill totally gets lots of spots on my playlists. It isn’t being wrongly portrayed though - it’s all about violence.
