I know this might sound very dumb, but after realizing that watching this video was the single turning point of my life I just had to come back to thank you guys. I watched it like 5 months ago and was very motivated to do this everyday. Then I understood that plank did almost nothing so I started doing actual exercise and now I hit the gym almost everyday. But then my interest for the gym got me into self improvement so I started meditating, balancing my diet and cutting most bad habits that I had. My life has never been better after only 1 month os self improvement. Iâm happier more confident more social and healthier than ever. All this because I clicked this video. Biggest butterfly effect Iâve ever witnessed. So I thank you for publishing this and unknowingly kind of changing my life.

Here's a video of me doing a half hour plank
For me the best work out is 3min plank, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups one or two times a day. When I feel extra motivated I do this more times or do more exercises for the whole body (legs too).

I Always do 3 Minute Planks every Day, it's Quite Hard, and I've Tried Reaching 4 Minutes, It was Very Hard, It Felt as If My Spine was Going to Collapse.

I did 5 min plank each morning for two months, and didn't get abs even while doing diet (it became a little more defined)...
thatâs because the muscles are built but covered by fat, and because your diet didnât put you in much of a caloric deficit or is providing you with too many fats and carbs to see results. plus, this was only two months.

Just came back to this video, I was a skinny teenager with eh muscles. I started off doing 45 second planks because that's all I could do. I then moved on to 2 minutes after about two weeks. A month has passed and I do have visual abs. Their not crazy, but their good.
Keep in mind I also do soccer and tennis which involves a lot of running.
Wow I just realized how lucky I am to be able to do 1:30 mins at the very start thank you very much you are helping my confidence to move forward

Visual abs is more about diet than about working the abs. Doesnât take much stomach fat to not be able to see them.
Guys! Practice makes perfect, iâm doing a challenge where i plank for as long as i can for a MONTH. Day 1 , i did 1 minute and 33 seconds. Currently, I have done 7 minutes and iâm really happy, i will strive to reach higher limits. Plank not only helps u build your muscle and stuff but ur mindset as well. If you feel like giving up , tell yourself âIâm not done yet, i have to keep going..â However, donât overestimate yourself and do too much, it will cause a lot of pain.
Best I could was around 6 minutes, but now I do one handed more often, this one for 4 mins per each arm

Did my 2 min 30 second plank I started doing dumbbell bench press it helped me a lot in my openiun my dumbbell weight I used was 12 kg

My guy, ab exercises in general wonât help you lose body fat. What will, however, is eating in a consistent calorie deficit, meaning 200-500 calories less than your maintenance calories. Doing this will provide good results for weight loss, and if you combine this with ab exercises, your abs are gonna be defined and strong af.
When I want to lose fat, I eat a lot of food as normal, but I eat almost no sweets or fats.

@@7AM.Adrian if youâre underweight you should already see abs. If you wanna increase their definition, then yeah, go ahead and do ab exercises.
you must combine calorie deficit with exercise, otherwise you will also burn muscle mass a bit

Iâm around 310 pounds now but started my weight loss journey at 378 in July 2023 than started planking in November at around 330 pounds after I saw this video & now Iâm a consistent 1min5sec planker
The background music is a gem to listen to with headphones
It starts getting tough for me after 2 and a half minute
this motivated me to start this and iâm gonna keep going till the end of summer and maybe even continue keep up the good work

I just started last night after seeing a transformation video. I have some belly fat, I'm "skinny" but I'm flabby. I hate it. I held it for 45 seconds, then did a 20 second one. While later I did it for 1 minute. This morning a little past 1 minute. Gonna keep going and try to last longer and longer and if I remember I will update.
Edit:
One week later, max is 1:50.
Two weeks later, max is 2:15.
Three weeks later, max is 2:30.

My personal best was about 2.5 minutes after 2 weeks of practicing, but after burning out and getting distracted for a few months I lost a lot of that muscle and have to rebuild.

@@thechesschief7048 thanks and I hit my goal of my 5 minutes shortly after I hit 3;32 I think I got 5 minutes and 36 seconds my shoulders were in agony after 3 minutes I was shaking a lot and I was sweating like crazy it gets tough but itâs worth it! I can now do a 2 minute plank pretty easily with good form practice makes perfect my friendđ
You can build your muscels really fast because of muscelmemoris. That means that your muscels know the form and you can know easely become them back. Maybe after 2 to 6 days but iam not sure about that

when i 1st started doing plank i did it for 1 minute the 1st 30 secs felt like hell pain over my entire body shaking like crazy and sweaty as hell felt great then after that it was just a mental game the pain became resistable

Sit ups are bad for ur health stop it immediately. Don't listen to me, go refer to a specialist. They'll tell you more

Idk how, but for a challenge me and my brother tried to see who could hold a plank the longest and I lasted 3 and a half minutes. It motivated me to do it more often and now I can do it for 4 minutes
in 5 days I went from 1 min 9 sec to 2 min 13 sec

I started doing planks 3 weeks ago i at forst could only go for 1 minute and 30 seconds now im doing 4 minutes and my life has gotten way better i do 3 every day one before breakfast the second before lunch and the third before dinner i overall suggest planks they are a very easy exercise and woth just doing it 2 or 3 times a day you will see changes.

6 min was my best time. 24 min when I lower my butt for a while and pull it back to the original position a few times for the whole duration. This will be still a plank but you will focus more on your back muscles. However pulling your butt very high leads to more abs.
For mental strenght i recommend watching a powerful MV of your favourite song. Mine is Not Today from BTS đ
