We bought this floor plan a year ago and modified. I fell in love with the dormer windows and our lot faces south so we’ll get the southern sunshine in them during the winter. Thank you for this video so I could see what the plans looked like after building. All I’ve been able to find was the architect video and images. We are retired and our lot allowed walkout basement so we put the 4th bed, bath and a family room downstairs. Broke ground May 1!😊

I was on the fence about switching the placement of my tv and mounting it on my kind of corridor wall I have in my living room that backs up to the kitchen. I thought it may be kind of weird there, I currently have it on the wall where her fireplace is but now, I am sold. I will be rearranging my entire living room in the next hour Lol! Thanks for the inspo:)!

The homes you tour are very nice but every one of them is white! Are there no farmhouses that incorporate color besides an island or single bureau? I love the style, but I'd love ideas on adding color besides in just my pillows. Thanks
