Grew up all over Bolton. Moved back n forth down to Plymouth n back. Somerset n back then in 2016 moved to wooton under edge. Massive shock lol. Lived also Bristol. I always drove back to see family n friends. Spend most my time in the man n sytch. Now living in Aberdeenshire.

Now, if this footage had been filmed by someone from Bolton he'd have given Frank Dibnah's statue a bit more time from a bit closer up. BTW, that wasn't the town hall, it was the museum and art gallery behind the town hall.
Otherwise a nice walk through. Surprisingly few people out and about in the town centre, especially with the weather looking so dry. Also, not as many boarded up shops as I had feared. In fact, all things considered, it all looks rather pleasant.
I was born and grew up in Bolton and have memories as a 2 year old of being frightened of the two fierce looking stone lions guarding the front of the town hall.
