What a treat to take a bus ride into Piccadilly, I used to to work there nearly 50 years ago now, caught the No 82 in Chorlton, it was an orange colour back then. Thanks for the memories, it even went passed my old flat!

Fab video. I haven't been there for years but I can remember when Crosville Wales was the main operator before it became part of Arriva. Olympians ran alongside VRTs including ex-WMPTE ones. As mentioned in a previous comment, the A548 was the main link across North Wales before the A55 was built.

Thanks for the tour, really enjoyed, Cardiff is my home city, as i live just an 1hr train journey away in the South Wales valleys, and iam amazed that there are areas that ive never seen before, love the older buildings blending with the new, greenery, the Bay area looks amazing, and the interesting skyline, and as its now July 2024, there are new buildings popping up, and a canal, be going to visit soon, greetings from wales uk 😀
